If you ever wanted to design your own "man cave penthouse", this place is exactly that! Exactly as pictured and well-designed in every way. A big step in quality above most rentals in the Philippines. Speaking of which, noise is always a wild card with rentals in the Philippines, but this unit is great because it's near the top of the building and faces the interior courtyard, not the street, so it's quiet. Jacq is a very organized, friendly guy who takes the utmost pride in presenting his place in pristine condition. It is personally cleaned by him and his family to a standard that rivals 5-star hotels in the West. I can't say enough positive things about this property. Go experience it yourself!

Very clean room, host is very attentive with our needs

Highly recommend Mai's place. Great location, walkable to many things to do but still quiet and relaxing in the room and on the balcony - a great place to relax. Mai is very responsive and caring - a superb host. Unit is very clean and well appointed, reliable internet, larger than I expected, one of the best Airbnb units I have stayed in.

Had a lovely stay at honey's. She was very responsive and accommodating to me (my flight was leaving in the evening and she allowed me to leave a little later so that I could rest properly before my departure). The apartment was true to the listing description and very clean and all the services offered in the residence were up to my expectations. A big thank you to the residence staff who are also very responsive and very friendly. And especially a big thank you to you Honey I would come back with great pleasure 😉😉😉

Homee Philippines was an excellent location for me and my girlfriend. 7 - 10 minute walk to the Greenbelt/Landmark area where you can find an array of different upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and fine clothing. Overall, the apartment is very modern, with TV’s in both bedroom and living room, clean and a fabulous view of the city :)

Nice Place and the host is Very accommodating

The place was awesome, the host was very accomodating and responsive. Also provides a detailed instruction. He is also patient in answering all of our questions. Really worth the penny. Will definitely come back once I need a good accomodation in Taguig.

To begin with Rafaelo’s place is a great place to stay if you have a big family. Comfortable kitchen, and I enjoyed cooking some good meals , nice living room, the rooms are big and with no charge I was be able to wash my dirty clothes. He’s a kind hearted host & accommodating all my requests with no issues. I will definitely be back here. Thank you so much Rafaelo & appreciated your help.

My friends and I needed a place to stay immediately within the area, and Ms. Francia was the first to respond in less than 10 minutes. They were so kind and accommodating despite the instant/rush booking and I cannot recommend them enough just for that. The place was as advertised and their instructions were clear and concise. Damon’s place, “The Walnut Crib” is amazing! Such a nice condo and is described properly and looked just like the photos. The location is prime if you want to stay in Ortigas/Mandaluyong. You’re next to three different malls! Shangrila, SM Megamall, and SM Podium! Definitely recommend.

Absolutely awesome stay! We really enjoyed the place. Perfect place with our toddler. Ambango ng place, very well maintained. Super near lang ng lobby to the mall entrance so its very convenient to walk with a stroller outside. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely go back.

Description stated in the listing is very much accurate. Though there aren’t as much pictures shown, they are very accurate and not camera tricks. The listing definitely exceeded our expectations. I initially found the pictures too good to be true with regards to the size but the common space, living room, kitchen and rooms are really very spacious. There are a total of 11 room. 2 by the poolside, 1 in the mainhouse with direct access to the poolside and ensuite bathroom/toilet and another 2 more in the 1st floor with access to a common comfort room. There are 6 more rooms in the 2nd floor. Even with our group of 20 adults and 10 kids, we still had 1-2 rooms spare. Pool is very clean and well maintained with a bar area. The listing is complete with all kitchen accessories and appliances and may be used. Videoke was placed inside the house sa as not to disturb the neighbors in case you would want to sing your hearts out during your entire stay there. Wifi is available and signal is spread out in the entire rental. There is indoor parking for 2 cars and driveway parking for some more vehicles. It is situated inside a secured and quiet neighborhood. A convenience store is just outside the main gate that has essentially everyting you might need plus more. They have a variety of cheese, coldcuts, sandwiches and pizza. Caretakers are available anytime and are very nice too. Folding tables and monobloc chairs are available in the listing.

The hosts and co-hosts were very responsive which made it easy to clarify questions. It was easy getting to the location and the parking space was ample. Rooms were spacious and their ACs were working very well. The entire venue was very spacious for our group (8 pax) and allowed us to utilize the entire home for our activities. Would definitely book their place again 😊

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!! beautiful and cozy home. We liked the facility especially the kitchen area. The rocky "beach" at the backyard is enjoyable for kids and toddlers (knee deep water), the stone formations create natural pools for kids to waddle around and explore. You can also ask the caretakers for pasabuy and paluto (for a fee). Sir Byron is very accommodating and friendly. We extended for another day because we really enjoyed our stay even if the weather is rainy!! This place is high recommended!
