Loft vacation rentals in Central Luzon

The Hostess Lynette was amazing and acted promptly with any issues I had. The Unit is in a good location and the pool and gym are quite nice. Also, the Unit is larger than most in the building, which made for a comfortable stay.

My wife and I initially stayed at Jules pre-covid in 2019 and it was excellent. Location was perfect, right next to Greenbelt 1-2(both being rebuilt btw, Jules was transparent about it), property was very well maintained, wifi speed pretty good, checkin-checkout really smooth. We come back in 2025 and it is still as excellent as ever. Unfortunately, we're 6 years older now and totally underestimated the stairs to get to the loft where the bed is (our bad, not Jules!). We stayed for 4 days and currently visiting Tokyo now, original plan was to come back and spend another 11 days or so at same property but senior legs not so good, so had an excellent chat with Jules about cancelling and she was very understanding about our conundrum and allowed us to cancel with zero hassles -- such a great host and person too :-). As an unintended consequence of all this, I found out she has another another property in BGC (single floor!) definitely on top of my list for 2026! See ya next year Jules!

The space was nice. You can cook you own food or eat outside because of near restaurants. I can recommend it to others. The host was responsive and nice. Thankk you, Jet

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful house over the holidays, and I can confidently say it was one of the best rental experiences we've ever had. Hero and Tin are, without a doubt, the kindest, warmest, and most accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. We loved the fact that the place was 100% pet friendly! As a chaotic family with our fair share of inconveniences, we worried we might be too much to handle. But Hero and Tin's patience and genuine kindness put us at ease. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, making us feel both welcome and cared for. Their hospitality is so exceptional that we couldn’t help but feel a little embarrassed about our rowdiness! We will definitely be back (if they'll still have us, haha) and won't hesitate to recommend this gem of a place to friends and family. Thank you, Hero and Tin, for making our holiday truly memorable! 💕

I love that it is close to St. Luke’s Medical City and BGC high street! A lot of restaurants around the area.

A roomy apartment and well equipped kitchen. However, the location on Timog is a bit noisy and the hotel/condo in which the unit is located is not too well maintained. For instance only one elevator of two has been functioning for several years. Nevertheless, I will stay with Karen again next time I'm in Quezon City.

Second time booking in this unit and I’m in love! Ate Grace and kuya Bobong was very welcoming and friendly, they also are really fast to reply whenever we need something. The place was very clean and you literally got almost all you need inside as they provide them for you. The whole place is very cozy and comfortable, not to mention the high-tech toilet and the bed that you don’t want to get out of! The place is also near malls and groceries as they’re just few minutes walk away which is very convenient if you need something quick! We would love to come back again if we ever go on a vacation again in the Philippines! Thank you ate Grace for hosting us. :)

Anne is a delight to deal with. very cool and understanding. something you don't find with other host in bgc. the space was better than expected. this loft was large for 1 person and had ample space for storage or just to move around the unit. also added attention to detail was the brick wall paper which added a nice touch

First of all, the hosts were so friendly and easy to talk to. They were kind and they even gave us a discount since we’re students. The location is good because there were markets nearby and is near NCMH. The neighborhood on the other hand is quite unpleasant because teenagers and children are fighting often. We weren’t hurt tho. And about the place, do not expect anything big because it’s a loft. It’s narrow and small. 4pax is the maximum but we asked if we could make it 5pax, that’s why the place became too crowded which made it difficult for us to move around and have privacy. It’s cheap so u will get what u paid for. The mini sink in the bathroom is not draining and there was not enough room for us to hang our clothes to dry so we improvised. Overall, it’s still a good place and it’s worth the price. I suggest maybe get a bigger trash can, a new broom, and more place to dry the clothes hehe. It was a nice place. Thank you so much po! 🥰

The place is situated in a private and serene area of Baguio City. It’s particularly chilly in the mornings and is conveniently close to Camp John Hay. Everything felt comfortable, especially the bed, which was incredibly soft and gave us a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless (I’m quite picky about bathrooms, so this really stood out!). We would love to stay here again the next time we visit Baguio.

Easy to check in. Location is great! Walking distance to moa. The place is nice and comfortable. Has many amenities. Overall had a good stay.

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Better than any hotel I've been to. The industrial design with vintage decor is very unique. It certainly has character. I stayed here to work. The comfort and ambiance helped me get productive. The bar table was great as a standing desk. The surrounding area has a weekend market, food truck park, some restaurants and coffee shops. Across the street is Edsa Shangrila and Megamall w/c I didn't go to coz the Greenfield side is much quieter. The sidewalks were wide - great for walking and jogging. You gotta book this one in advance coz its in high demand, but you wouldn't think its used much coz its well maintained.

it's nice to stay at the place, it's comfortable, we had a great stay at the place, I feel like I'm in my own house and it's clean, the host is very friendly in communication and giving instructions, it's nice to come back to stay in the next trips.

We had a nice chill stay. The location was convenient and near the party I attended to. The caretakers were also responsive and helpful. I went back to the place around 10pm and thankfully they'll still open the garage for you.

Ms. Jera was an amazing host—very welcoming and accommodating. They were also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more convenient. The place was spotless, peaceful, and had a beautiful view. The internet connection was perfect for WFH guests like me, and the spacious parking and safe surroundings added to the overall comfort. Highly recommend this place!

The unit was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The host was responsive and made check-in easy. Would definitely stay here again!

This is my third time booking in Ms Mia's place. Check-in was seamless, unit is clean with complete needs, and the overall location was commendable. I was even able to extend my stay due to an emergency meeting. The place is close to my heart and I look forward to book again should the need arise. the place looks nice and well kept. we booked the place last minute, thankfully Rose and her team are very responsinve and they provided us the check-in details right away. the self check-in and out went really smooth, no hassle at all. the only concern we have was the kitchen plates and utensils because we noticed the plates were dusty and there was a cockroach inside the untensils cabinet. we opt not to use the utensils but good thing they provided a dishwashing liquid to wash the plates. other than that we had a pleasant stay. 😊

We had a wonderful time staying at Brian & Cristina’s place in Baguio! The location was perfect—close enough to the city’s attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the cool breeze and scenic views was such a treat! The host was very accommodating and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommending this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Baguio. Would love to come back!
