We enjoyed our stay here! The host is very responsive. From kitchen essentials to bathroom necessities, everything was provided. The aesthetic interior really stood out. Every corner was post worthy. If you’re looking for a stylish and well-equipped place this one is definitely worth considering!

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

The unit albeit old felt homey and lived-in. The furniture was simple but functional. The kitchen had all the basic things you'll need. The location was superb and so near to key places like malls, restaurants and convenience stores. Far was a gracious host. Friendly and always willing to help on your requests or concerns. Overall, our family had a great stay and such a good way to start the New Year.

This is a perfect place for rest and relaxation. The surrounding area is quiet and the transportation is very convenient. There is light mall downstairs and you can reach Shang Ri La and SM megamall within a walk. landlord is very friendly. She always responds very quickly 🌹🌻🌻

Small but has all you need for 1-2 people. Plenty of charm in a great area!

nice condo with good bed and nice balcony with vieuw on the parc...kitchen has everything but lacks some space to prepare food..good location and staff very corect...the only bad luck that i had was that there is a big construction area a bit further..so. yiu hear the noise of the drilling all day..pitty

Although we made the reservation just a day before our stay, the host was incredibly proactive and accommodating. They provided clear instructions on everything—from how to get to the place, check-in details, to the available amenities and house rules. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures, and it was the perfect size for our group of 8. One of the highlights was the karaoke setup, which had all the latest songs, making it a lot of fun for everyone. It’s a great spot for spending time with family or friends. Highly recommended!

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

Beautifu cozy home in a very nice area. Fully self contained with all of the amenities you could need plus many more. So many activities for young and old to keep everyone entertained. Plenty of room for large families or groups. Host wad very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay. Family had a great time, we highly recommend.

Michael was flexible with our check in as we arrived during the night. Condo was spotless and was easy to access. Michael always replied to our messages quickly. Would recommend a stay here :-)

The place was great. The place was able to accommodate us with 16 pax who slept over and 5 pax who left before midnight. We had 2 infants and a 7yo kid that they let stay for free! We could have maximized the place if we stayed for another day (that heated pool!!!!) Thank you! Definitely not out last. 😊

We had an amazing stay! The place was beautiful, with glass all around, allowing us to fully enjoy the cool Baguio breeze. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.
