Vacation rentals with beach access in Central Luzon

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

For its price, we had a great time at Ugalde’s Coastal Cabins as almost all the usual Airbnb amenities are there. I want to highlight that they have complete kitchenware, dinnerware, and towels, which some Airbnbs unfortunately lack despite their higher prices! We were also pleasantly surprised to find complimentary coffee and chocolates. Our group of friends were the only ones at the place, and we had a really peaceful stay. The parking area is also spacious. We will definitely go back because the place is peaceful, providing the rest you need after a tiring day at the beach, and it’s only a 5-minute walk from the shore. Kudos to Mommy Lydia, the owner, and Jennifer, the host — they were very responsive and replied immediately.

The host was very responsive and attentive to the guests needs. It’s just sad that the pool was close during our stay. But overall, it is a great place to spend time with your loved ones.

Very fast response, very nice neighborhood, near to almost everything you want to visit in Subic, also very comfortable stay.

The room is very clean and fresh before we checked in. What you see in the post is exactly the same when you visit the condo. We’re small family and it is very convenient to us the room we stayed in. Have a lot of things to do like board games and video game such as ps4. We stayed for 3D2N and all the things we needed is there specially the kitchen tools. I would like also recommend the host for assisting us whenever we have a question. We enjoyed our weekend staycation. Definitely will book again ❤️

We had a good stay! Thank you! The place can probably fit up to 20pax, maximum. Very good for family reunions. The locals were kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the other activities at the beach (atv and dragon boat). The adults enjoyed the peace, occasional videoke, and the conversations and bonding that an airbnb this big provides. Thanks again!

The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Our stay at Casita Real was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The homey ambiance in every corner made us feel instantly comfortable, as if we were in our own little sanctuary. The space was clean, well-equipped and cozy, making every activity effortless, from preparing meals in the well-stocked kitchen to unwinding in the bon fire area. One of our favorite moments was enjoying our breakfast on the beautiful patio, soaking in the peaceful and sunny surroundings. Even though our stay was short, it was truly refreshing and memorable. We can't thank Byron enough for his politeness and attention to detail. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend Casita Real to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! ☺️❤️💯

My Team Enjoyed Staying at your Place Ms. Daisy! The beach is clean and the place is so relaxing. All materials needed cooking is readily available. One minor concern is that the caretaker doesn’t clean the pool in the morning not like what I saw in Sundowner in early morning. But the overall experience is 5 star! The place is really good for Family and Barkada outings. Will definitely book again with my Family! Thank you

Overall great. Beautiful house. A minor issue is the downstairs bathroom has standing water on the floor and not draining properly. The bedrooms are great esp the masters bedroom and its huge bathroom. We will stay here again. Thanks PJ

White's place is amazing!. What really got me sold is the vibe of the place, very relaxing especially the panoramic view in the master's bedroom. White was very helpful and always updates me if something happens during my stay with any of the amenities. He is very easy to reach out to and very accommodating, and always makes sure you have what you need. My goal is to relax and unwind from the city life and it definitely made my trip worth it. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had a great family getaway at Victoria’s beach house! The kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the beach just a short walk away. The place was clean, spacious, and close to markets. Victoria was very accommodating. Highly recommended!

We're glad we chose to stay at Sir Abe's place. It was very comfortable. They have comfy and clean beds, the place is well air-conditioned, the kitchen is very spacious, the restrooms are clean. We will consider to book again when we need to go back to Morong.

Convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in San Fernando. If you're an avid golfer and ready to play...sleep well and early morning play in the nearby golf courses beverly and pradera or to Clark. it's summer now very hot it's really advisable to play early in the morning 🙂

The place is located on the 2nd floor and thus it was a bit challenging for me to bring all of the stuff into our room considering i have a knee problem. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was nice and cozy. They also provided complimentary bottled water and snacks to enjoy. The place is close by and accessible to Duty-Free, Harbor Point, and Pier One. Communication-wise, April responded right away to any questions we had about our accommodation. 🇵🇭🤘
