Villa vacation rentals in Central Bohemian Region

Don't let the first look scare you. Yes it looks a bit aged with the wooden windows and the retro furniture but the place is perfectly fine. The kitchen is recent and has all the appliances you need. The bathroom has a rainshower and there's a washer and dryer! Clean sheets and towels were provided. Rooms are clean and spacious. The garden is quite large and has a trampoline that's in good state, garden furniture and a BBQ. We had some trouble with the wifi but Vit responded fast to help resolve the issue :) There's a bus within walking distance and supermarkets less than 10 min by car. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this house.

Super nice home in a quiet village. The villa is in original condition really very nice, the garden is amazing. The host is super friendly and helpful and asks more often if everything is to your liking. Our 2 dogs loved the garden. I enjoyed a campfire with my son, there is a fire pit and plenty of wood. I really recommend this house. There was even drinks available for us on arrival and the host had made bites. There is everything in the house, even coffee beans for the large coffee machine, which makes delicious coffee. There is much to do in the area and the host has many tips for you. I can keep writing, you have to experience it yourself, for us it was a dream vacation. Thanks again Pavel. We will be happy to come back.

The actual place was very nice. The forest, the lake, the house everything was really great. In 20 minutes we were in Prague from the cottage. The local restaurants were also super nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

Were able to enjoy the quiet location great with eight people, had a lot of space and always get a quick answer to questions, very satisfied with the vacation

Really spacious and very quiet. Plenty of space on premise for kids. The host is very friendly and helpful. ------ Opravdu prostorné a velmi klidné místo. Na pozemku je dostatek prostoru pro děti. Hostitel je velmi přátelský a ochotný.

We spent four beautiful days in this cottage with 2 small children. Everything was sparkling clean, the kitchen perfectly equipped. The house is right on the edge of a beautiful forest with rocks and gorges. The owner's father welcomed us in a friendly way and charged us the additional costs (electricity, possibly wood) transparently and fairly.

We scheduled our stay here for several days so we could spend New Years in Prague. This home enhanced our stay. It is beautiful. The location is beautiful. Communication with the host was easy. She gave us useful information that included how to best enjoy the fireworks display, which was viewing it from the top balcony of her home. It was an incredible experience. The home was designed with the guests comfort in mind; from extremely clean, to a game room, a grand piano (which we did play), movie access, coffee machine, to even a beautiful aquarium.

Great place to stay for the 10 of us. House was amazing and plenty of space and K&D were great hosts and always available to message and were very responsive. Would happily stay here again!

The property is very nicely located and offers plenty of space for a large group. The house has been lovingly restored and you feel very comfortable. Very nice is the quiet and undisturbed location. Behind the house is directly the castle park and a hiking trail, as well as in summer a beer garden with playground. Highly recommended for families.

The landlords were extremely friendly and accommodating and always quickly reachable even for questions. Everything was clean, exactly matched the pictures, and worked perfectly. We can definitely only recommend the villa and had a very nice time with the pools, the sauna and the beautiful accommodation.

It has been our 3rd time in the villa, this time upstairs, in room 5. As always, everything is nice, clean and convenient in the room, there is ample space to store everything. Ms. Alena Bernhardt is the "good soul" of the house; she keeps everything in order daily, is very polite and attentive. Thank you and best regards :-) We have recovered wonderfully. The garden offers fruit trees, the plums and pears are ripe... The internet / wifi worked very well throughout. The new kitchen in the basement looks great, with full occupancy, a second fridge might be pretty good.

Lovely place to stay for Christmas. Beautiful views to soak up the great weather. Our dogs loved the big garden. Plenty of nice walks nearby. Perfect location away from the craziness of Prague.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was comfortable, and had everything I needed. It was quiet and relaxing, making it a great spot to unwind after a day out. Everything was well-organised, and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay again!

overall we had a wonderful stay, well situated for access to forests for walking and mushroom foraging, comfortable, excellent communication and flexibility from hosts three small niggles were the requirement for an additional deposit to be paid outside of the airbnb platform, foam mattresses, and neighbourhood dogs that failed to respect the nighttime noise curfew

Super nice location for a group

Nice cottage with a beautiful and well-kept garden and a very polite host. Facilities are very basic and partly a little bit dated, but spotlessly clean. One restaurant, a playground and a Mini Market (open every day) within walking distance, everything else requires a trip by car. Overall it was an enjoyable stay with two small children.
