Romantic house in beautiful location. We loved it!

Andy's house was absolutely lovely and cosy ! It is easy to find, quiet, comfortable, and the main room is very spacious. There are not many restaurants or cafés around, but there are a few handy shops and the kitchen is very well equipped. It is very well situated, just a few minutes away from the main bus and train station. Special mention for the lovely garden - the weather was too bad or us to enjoy it, but it was as gorgeous as in the pictures.

We loved the old watermill and our hosts were very accommodating. It was very interesting to see all the old machinery still in place and the building has been sympathetically and skilfully restored.

We had a great stay for our getaway. Thomas was friendly, check-in was straightforward (he was personally on site and guided us directly) 😊 The apartment was as shown in the photos, very cozy and rustically furnished. The only "negative" was the bathroom situation 😅 the door was 1/3 open, so not for couples who are just getting to know each other 😝 The absolute highlight for us was the hot tub, an absolute dream. You have practically the whole garden to yourself privately and even if the property is right on the street you don't notice it much. We will definitely come back! 🩵

The place has an excellent location, basically around the corner is the main entrance to the Prachov rocks. We really liked the garden, although it is shared with the other smaller cabin, it is big enough and the barbecue area has every chalet it. Great outdoor seating. Great communication with the owners. Thank you so much for having a great days.

Amazing stay. Excellent location for anyone wanting to explore Prague but come home to a quieter area. Definitely an amazing experience!

My friends and I wanted to have a nice weekend in Prague. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from Florenc bus station and the subway is right next door. Beautifully decorated and clean. Check-in and check-out worked very well.

The apartment is exactly as described. The place is extremely communicative and quiet. It has everything you need. The metro is a 2-minute walk away. The window overlooks a very nice park. On one side of the block there is a nice restaurant and on the other a shop. Our only recommendation is to put some small wardrobes or cabinets in both rooms, because we were 2 families and with the wardrobe in the hallway it was a little more difficult. We would recommend the place.

Perfect location! Just steps from the square but quiet and peaceful. The perfect place when needing just a place to sleep after a long day of exploring. I will definitely book again for the next time I visit!!

Really enjoyed our stay at David’s. Prior to our trip, he helped arrange a van to accommodate 8 people. He met us for luggage drop off and gave us detailed instructions about the place and recommendations. Once we checked in, place was clean and as described on the listing. We were able to wash clothes which was really nice (but keep in mind there is no dryer). The place itself was very centric and walking distance to many landmarks, mall, grocery stores, pharmacy, and coffee shops! I’d definitely recommend this place. Quite a spacious house and is very well equipped in terms of furniture, kitchen as well as linen. Great host, very responsive and supportive by providing valuable tips as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and is totally recommended!!

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

Jiri is a very nice host. He prepared some food for our stay such as milk, juice , local beer, local honey, coffer capsules and the eggs from his farm! He also give us some advices for traveling in Prague. He prepared rabbit meat and more organic eggs for us because everyone like it. The facilities in the kitchen is best one in the villas I have ever stayed during last few years. You can find almost every things in the kitchen even a rice cooker

It's the nicest house with history in the middle of the trees. There are really beautiful walks right from the house. Everything works and Tomas is very helpful with everything. We'll be back 😊

great we have enjoyed the only thing we missed is a sofa where you can relax in the evening that really should be in the kitchen at the dining table with corner sofa not bad but at some point it's not really nice but again that is only rest ia fantastic thanks for the super nice time

Place is equipped with everything you might need for a long stay! There are few grocery shops and gym around, so this place is ideal if you don’t need to commute to city centre everyday. Anyway you get to Prague center is around 20 minutes by car, so this is fine! Miloslav and Monika are very helpful, definitely recommend!

Nice cottage with a beautiful and well-kept garden and a very polite host. Facilities are very basic and partly a little bit dated, but spotlessly clean. One restaurant, a playground and a Mini Market (open every day) within walking distance, everything else requires a trip by car. Overall it was an enjoyable stay with two small children.
