Great host, lovely peaceful accommodation, well equipped kitchen, best pre-arrival instructions and onsite welcome manual I've experienced at Airbnb. Would love to stay again.

Staying here was truly a magical experience. She had sweet treats and snacks for us each day. The place was tidied up for us. She had all the Harry Potter movies on dvd. And the location is prefect if you are to visit the Harry Potter studios. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was like a home away from home. Would recommend.

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

Andrea and Mark's flat was wonderful! It was the perfect location, making other neighborhoods easily accessible by tube or the bus. We felt very safe the entire time we were there, and even though there is a pub next door, we barely heard any noise from it. Andrea and Mark were very responsive and were so nice to let us check in a few hours early, with the flat cleaned and ready for us. Mark was there upon our arrival and helped us with our bags down the steps and even gave us some local recommendations too (highly recommend Jolene's for coffee, we went almost everyday around the corner from the flat, the best cappuccino we had while visiting!) We would definitely stay at Andrea and Mark's flat again!!

What an absolutely lovely flat in the Hackney Borough! It is the basement unit in the house, but it is spacious & well lit with natural light in all the rooms. The shower is great & has plenty of hot water. The kitchen is well appointed & Yvonne has thought of pretty much everything you will need. She is a warm & welcoming host. It's steps from Clissold Park, a charming park with ponds, football fields, runners, families, & locals of all sorts. The location is also about a 5 minute walk to Church Street, which is loaded with cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, & many charming shops. There are 3 Underground/Overground stops (Manor House, Finsbury Park, & Canonbury) about a 15 to 25 min walk away, which isn't close, but I enjoyed the walks on many days. That said, there are many bus lines extremely close & they go everywhere. It is definitely well located. If you want to stay in a real London neighborhood with homes & families, you will be hard pressed to find a nicer place.

Compact and basque the snug has everything and more. Great hosts and a fantastic location. I would 100% book again.

highly recommend Mathhews home. beautiful location, beautifully clean and tidy. Mathew is a great host. we will definitely be looking to stay there on our next visit They had a special treat for us on arrival. I will not spoil the surprise for the next guests

Can't say enough good things about Kirsty and Ellens place, it's warm and cosy and in a lovely quiet area. Everything was really clean and well thought out and its rare to find a place that offers total privacy at an affordable price. They even left some chocolate for me on arrival! Very convenient for Northampton town and love that i had my own private spot to park. Would 100% stay here again.

This was mine and my boyfriends first trip away together and it was lovely! Sunset Lodge was really easy to find, and although it was only a short drive away from a town, staying here really gave you the feeling of being in the middle of no where. We visited during a storm so unfortunately did not see the sunset, so we will have to come back! Ali and Mark were great hosts with excellent communication and the place was spotless and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

Exactly as described and it is very beautiful. It’s a really cosy annexe studio. It is attached to the main house and yet you feel very private. The Green Man is well worth a visit and nearby Ampthill and Aspley Guise are great place to walk the dog. Great touches such as the dog towel, water bowl and loads of treats. Thank you for receiving so many parcels for me as I prepared for my next adventure!! Nicola is definitely the Hostess with the Mostess!! 🥰.

Perfect stay in this beautiful place! Scott and Patrick were so lovely welcoming us and cuddles with the spaniels was an added bonus! Super clean, exactly like the photos and ideal for a quiet weekend. Highly recommend a trip into Berkhamsted for coffee and a wander.

My 2nd visit to Anita's place travelling for work, was as good as the first time. Perfectly wonderful stay, clean, comfortable and the little extras of milk cereal butter and bread was extremely welcomed. Looking forward to visiting again if in the area.

Check in was super easy (although we initially struggled to find the house because it was quite dark by the time we arrived). Place was lovely, clean and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay.

What a fantastic place, really secure with ample parking. Friendly welcome and everything you could possibly need for a short stay. Lovely kitchen, very expensive fittings, kitted out with quality white goods and all you would need to cook there if you wished. All the decor was of an excellent and very clean standard. Really good pub just up the road within easy walking distance.

Great little flat with easy access to St Ives. Cosy space with a quirky design that's feels bigger than it is. Lydgia was very responsive and accommodating

Laura’s place was fab, house so cool and cosy and area had village vibe but still close to the city. She gave great recommendations which was very helpful and homemade bread and peanut butter delicious…..can’t recommend enough and will defo return 😀

Lovely, quiet, modern place. Bigger than the name, The Snug, suggests. Lovely garden views. Parking. Easy to get to. Easy access. All questions answered in minutes, but never anything serious needed.

Really cosy place, everything you need, very comfortable bed, quiet and peaceful. Friendly hosts. Lovely countryside.
