I had an amazing stay at this place! The space was incredibly clean and well-maintained, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The house was also very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The pictures just don’t do it justice. Swimming pool and Sauna was a nice touch for sure and definitely made use of it. John was responsive and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

We had the best time at Elle’s house! The decor was so vibrant and fun, the house had great amenities (we barely left the pool/garden), and the beds and sheets were luxurious and very comfortable! The village pub was also close by and had very friendly staff and locals - made for a perfect Sunday afternoon! I would highly recommend a weekend stay here and we would love to come back again! Thanks for hosting us at your wonderful home ♥️

The caravan is a very modern immaculately presented space. Lauren has thought of everything possible to make your stay comfortable and welcoming with lots of extra touches such as cakes for your arrival. She communicates very effectively and in a personable manner it is clear she very much cares about you as the customer having the best experience and couldn’t have been more helpful when there was an issue in the local area that was beyond her control going above and beyond to minimise disruption to our stay. The caravan park has lots of amenities and is beautifully maintained. We recommend this property and host and will definitely be going back in the future

patricia always responsive and friendly . met us on arrival and explained everything about the lodge. kindly left us essentials such as milk, eggs, milk, butter and tea bags. felt home from home. slept so well in the comfortable beds restaurant and bar on site and people made You feel welcome. very central for local places of interest the site is very peaceful and quiet. ideal for a getaway certainly would highly recommend and hope to visit sometime in the future

Wendy and Max were always quick to respond to any questions. The house is lovely and homely. The swimming pool is really warm and easy to book. We’re looking forward to staying again!

We were a family party with ages from 5 to 75 . Lots for everyone to do ( swimming , tennis, billiards/snooker & beautiful walks all there) There was enough space both inside the wonderfully converted barn and outside in the extensive grounds to enjoy each others company without being overcrowded. Thanks Sarah for enabling a lovely weekend .

This is such a cosy, comfortable house. It's homely and a fantastic get away with a few surprises!! I loved the piano and guitar, and the rear garden space. Just a wonderful place and Abbie was responsive to my queries. A great find.

Great stay clean and tidy property. Felt at home as soon as I arrived. Easy to get the key and get into the property I had no worries. Big spacious home, beds very comfortable lovely sleep. All round a really lovely stay. I come to the town regularly so I’ll be using this property more often if it’s available :) also the host is lovely so very helpful and polite, even when I didn’t understand how to navigate booking a extra day the host lead me through it and it was booked within less than a minute 🙌🏼 no problem. very lovely stay looking forward to staying again. Although it took us almost an hour to locate the house no., the place was a very lovely, cozy place and neatly kept. The place is same as seen in the pictures. What a great place from which to explore the English countryside! Cozy, quiet, private, and with extensive grounds on which you can roam. A getaway spot for the whole family! Nicely equipped for a long or short stay. Your kids will love the vibe of the cozy upstairs nook. Adults will love the comfortable beds and easy to use kitchen. For transportation, its an easy ride via train into London or just explore by car as we did! Cambridge, Oxford, or smaller beautiful spots like Tring, Wobern, etc. Our family would jump up and down if I told them we were headed back here tomorrow! Thanks Eggington for hosting us so well!

Upon arrival, well helped with explanations about the cottage. The cottage is fully equipped,and very clean. It is a wonderfully quiet area. London and Oxford are easy to reach by train. You can enjoy hiking in the surroundings of the cottage.

Had a really great stay at Fern Cottage. Place is just as described if not better. Jodie went above and beyond making our stay special which I thought was a really kind thing to do. She decorated the house as it was my birthday and left some great treats for me and the other guests. She’s super responsive and offered her help at any given time. The cottage itself is lovely, warm and very homey. With everything you need already there and ready to use. Perfectly clean. No complaints at all. Also the hot tub is always a bonus. Thank you Jodie for a great stay and birthday❤️

Very kind and helpful host. We received all the necessary information accurately, and it was easy to communicate with them whenever needed. Contact was established quickly after booking, and within 30 minutes, we were already at the accommodation, even during the late evening hours. The fast check-in was a lifesaver for us! The accommodation is beautiful, well-equipped, and true to the photos. If we stay in the area again, I will definitely choose this place.

This was a real treat of a stay - we used to live here! Our first home together, over 35 years ago … obviously some changes to the home since then. I loved the relaxed comfortable vibe, and all the interesting items throughout. My husband was recalling times when he lived here with family, it was a real memory lane surprise for him. Julia was a very easy host to book with, leaving us a lovely card, flowers and treats for our anniversary stay. We didn’t venture far as only live a 20 minute walk away but can recommend the property for easy access to lots of local places to explore. Thank you Julia for making this such a lovely stay - highly recommended .
