Caterina is an extremely great host. I cant thank her enough for all the help and flexibility she offered for my family and me. Place is at a very convenient location - 8 to 10 mins walk to Quadrilatero, where all the buzz and food are located. Theres also a lift to her apartment which is veryyyyy useful if you’re with heavy luggages.

Another wonderful stay: attending a language school in Modena I stayed three weeks at Maria Rosa's appartement. And as last year, I felt at home right away. Clean, quiet and well equipped - the perfect place to stay. The center of Modena is just 10 minutes away, bus stop around the corner and grocery store and ice cream place just 5 minutes away. Maria Rosa was there for check-in and reacted very fast on my messages. I can only recommend this wonderful appartement.

I stayed for two days with friends. Barbara was immediately nice and available. He made us feel at home and was able to recommend places to see and restaurants to try. The place was ready for the time we requested despite the early check-in. There was an unexpected situation but the host immediately came to meet us letting us use the parking lot longer than the established time. If we go back to Ferrara, we'll definitely remember this place.

This is a beautifully appointed villa with unique and really special mid-century decor. The indoor and outdoor spaces are better than they look in the photos. You are perched on a hilltop in a nice residential area, but there is plenty of privacy. Our family of 6 had plenty of room in the villa. What is even more special about this place was the host. Andrea was incredibly gracious with his time and recommendations. If you are looking for an Emilia Romagna countryside stay, I would highly recommend. You need a car, but day trips to Modena, Bologna, and Parma are very do-able. We explored parmesan cheese making, balsamic vinegar production, and of course wine! The Ferarri Museum is also fairly close by and there is wonderful food everywhere!

The place couldn’t be more perfect. The photos don’t do it justice. Perfect blend of modern and antiques. You’re staying in a historic building in the heart of an ancient city with spectacular views from the windows and balconies overlooking it all. Our first visit to Bologna and it was awesome to step out the front door and be immediately immersed in the heart of the city and all the shopping, food and history of the city. The place is perfect for a family as the two bedrooms were spacious. If you want to cook there’s a modern kitchen but why when you have all these amazing pasta lasagna and pizza places within feet of the house. I’d stay again and recommend anyone coming to visit Bologna to stay at Francesca’s place. She and her brother were great hosts. My only regret was we couldn’t stay longer.

My second time at Corte Marsala! The space was beautiful and sparkling clean as always, with all the kitchen and other equipment one might need. (Also the heating worked great which was nice for November!) Barbara's warmth and hospitality makes it feel like a home away from home. Also I very much appreciated her help and how responsiveness she was everytime I reached out, and her help with booking a cab on the last day. The apartment is incredibly central, just a few minutes walk from the two towers, and down the street from a whole bunch of shops and trattorias. Highly recommend.

I was with my brother for three days. We loved it. Analisa is very friendly. She left us a cake prepared by her. The apartment was warm. Everything was super clean. We made the food there without anything missing. It's very well equipped and very comfortable. If I pass through that area, I repeat. Yes, you need a car to move around Perfect for us.
