Absolutely satisfied both for the location of the apartment and for the possibility of managing visits to the most significant places, for the gesture of courtesy as a welcome with fresh cannoli and a bottle of wine from the Host. Courtesy and kindness were also found in the pastry bar below, an on-site pizza restaurant for when we didn't feel like going out, 8 days of absolute tranquility, which if we still have the chance will be repeated

Perfect spot for exploring the area - close to everything and an easy walk to restaurants, bars, sightseeing….and two very comfortable double beds! Highly recommended!

Listing as described. Giuseppe was always very responsive and available during our exchanges. Private parking is a plus. Clean apartment in the basement of the owners' house. Well-kept garden.

This is the perfect location for a visit to the Cathedral at Monreale. The nearest restaurant is also one of the best and it is 1 minute from the property. The facilities are good and the house was spotless and clean. The welcome was kind and helpful.
