Que's place was a nice location for a trip to the Dallas area. While it is in an area that is full of restaurants and stores, it was peaceful as well. Wi-fi speed was very good. Ample parking is available, though you may have to look on other floors if you try to park later in the evening. Que provided detailed check in and check out instructions and additional info is available after one has checked in. AC was nice and cold which was a relief during the 90+ degree days we experienced outdoors.

Patrick was a great host, he has the perfect location next to shopping great restaurants, target all the things you need they’re right there. Patrick was easy to deal with got back to me quickly. I will definitely be staying here again if I come back to Dallas.

We really enjoyed our stay, Ron has was very helpful and the apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location was very close to everything we needed. We will definitely stay there again when visiting Dallas.

This was a really great stay for my first time in Dallas. Loved the unit overall and all the amenities that are offered at the apartment. Jerome was a great host and was very responsive and helpful. The only thing that I found difficult was finding the unit. The address led to the right building and the instructions to get in the building were very clear, it was the signs in the hallway that were a problem. I did fly in very late and the hallways just didn’t have the best signs pointing to the unit. After wandering the halls for a little bit I was able to find the unit.

Sungu's was incredibly accommodating during our remodel due to water damage. We had to extend our stay twice, and their support made the entire experience much less stressful. I frequently have family visiting, and Sungu's will be my preferred place to stay going forward. Thank you, Sungu!

Quiet neighborhood, TV in every bedroom, very easy access (love the combo lock), would definitely return on my next trip to Dallas area.

Enjoyed my stay here. I wanted to extend my stay, but someone had already booked the place for the following weeks. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to cook. The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious.

Jonna was a wonderful host. There is no doubt she takes pride in her home and every detail was perfect upon our arrival. Super clean and many lovely touches for convenience; toiletries, coffee, laundry detergent, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Very helpful and responsive. A lovely home and wonderful experience, I would definitely stay here again!

We came down to TX to visit the ICE exhibit & the downtown Grapevine festivities. The location was perfect! We will definitely make this trip again & stay in the same place. We appreciated all of the help that Snezha provided. We had 3 little ones with us & the house was very kid friendly.

We loved our extended stay here. We moved from out of state and needed a temporary place to stay while we looked for something more permanent. It was pretty difficult to find a place that would accommodate us with our large pup, so we were very grateful to have found this wonderful property! The complex is very dog friendly, and yet still very quiet and relaxing. We never heard any other neighbors while inside. It was a comfortable place to live for a longer period of time while we explored Dallas and got to know the area. It is in a great location, very central and easy to navigate. Addison has tons of shopping and restaurants nearby for convenience. 15-20 minutes from downtown. Tina was extremely responsive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed before we checked in. Highly recommend this property or any other listing!

Great location minutes away from lots of bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Kay was great about everything and I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Edina is a wonderful host. Her condo is as described in a well-established complex. Skylights in the vaulted ceiling added to the spacious feel of the living room. We hope to return to this quiet spot when we visit again!

ABOVE and BEYOND is how I describe our super hosts, Emmy and Peter. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found them and their wonderfully cozy condo. The condo is immaculate and has everything you need at your fingertips. The beds are supremely comfortable! The location is ideal yet also quiet and safe. What’s also special is that Peter and Emmy live on the adjacent property and take pride in their property. They’re kind and gracious hosts and if we stay in Dallas again, they’ll be the first people we contact. They’re like family! (Family you want to visit 😆) Thank you, Peter and Emmy 😍

Jennifer’s place was the perfect spot to spend a week doing remote work! It was quiet, cozy and peaceful with lots of natural light. Everything was so clean and I felt safe the whole time! The little balcony was a nice outside “escape” from long study days and Kroger was right down the road which made it easy to get groceries!

Andre, was very quick to answers his texts. Which is much appreciated. We stayed here for 2 weeks while my son was waiting move into his rental home. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We were left a surprise which was nice. The apartment was updated recently which was nice. The bedroom has 2 closets for storage and clothes. The pull out bed was fairly comfortable. The kitchen had enough equipment to make some meals. We like to cook so a few more kitchen utensils etc would be nice but we survived.😀 Only complaint would be that there was not enough chairs at the pool area. Apartment is located on the first floor. So, entering and exiting was easy with groceries.
