Enjoyed my stay here. I wanted to extend my stay, but someone had already booked the place for the following weeks. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to cook. The kitchen is fully stocked and spacious.

10/10 would recommend staying here. The place matched the description and Patrick was a gracious host always responsive. The place was a little difficult to find in the dark when we checked in (we left home late) but once we knew where it was it was always easy to find. Loved this spot so much!!!

The view was on point! Small little carve out right in the middle of the sprawl. The patio and views were serene!

We chose this AirBnB because it was close to all of the places we wanted to visit with our kids. This place was perfect. We have 2 kids under 5 and everything we needed for them to be comfortable away from home was there. After a full day exploring Grapevine, we were all sitting on the sofa and we decided that we will definitely be coming back in the future.

Absolutely fantastic stay; instructions were clear from start to finish, and communication was always provided promptly and ably! Ben is a fantastic host, and the stay was everything I hoped for and more. Will most definitely be returning for another stay!

Very comfortable and homey! We arrived pretty late in the night and Waleed was kind and made it clear he was available any time. We didn't stay long but really enjoyed this place. Slept comfortably. Check in/out was a breeze! We don't come to Dallas often but when we do we will be checking in to see if this is available. Thank you!

Great place, the gym is amazing! Easy access to all the amenities and it's a very central location if you're trying to get around the greater DFW area. Cool setup also with the high ceilings and a lot of natural light.

We had a great time. Three families came up for a wedding. The space was great and Brenda was so easy to work with.

Such a beautiful place to stay. I had a family event of about 16 people and this place was perfect. Plenty of space and things to do for all ages. BK, the host, customer service, communication, and follow up was over and beyond exceptional! He made us all feel welcomed and appreciated. Amazing Home! So much character from the amazing views to the fabulous decks! They were awesome extensions of the home. Ceiling to floor windows made the outdoors such a beautiful part of my days. The luxurious spa bathroom made relaxing easy. Plenty of room for a masseuse to set up and have incredible pamper days. Family time was full of fun activities. The game room was spacious enough for a lot of friendly competitions on the pool table! The rooms were well thought out thru the home...free of clutter. Everyone enjoyed their rooms and privacy. This spacious home allowed our big family to come together for my mom and still have lots of room to really enjoy our time! If you're looking for an "at home" feel as soon as you walk in, this is where you and your family should consider. We made lots of fun and unforgettable memories here and plan to return to make more. Until then...
