Places to stay in Cefalù

Abbiamo soggiornato tra aprile e maggio, la posizione è perfetta per visitare tutto il centro, l'host era a disposizione per indicazioni precise e consigli utili per muovere i primi passi in città. L'alloggio era spazioso e pulito, ottimale per far base durante qualche giorno di visite turistiche. Non abbiamo mai usato la cucina. Nonostante fosse in centro, la zona era piuttosto tranquilla.

Gianni was an excellent host — always attentive and making sure we had a great stay. The house is beautiful inside, very clean, and well taken care of. The beds were super comfortable, and everything was spotless. Just keep in mind that you’ll need to climb stairs, and if you’re taller than 1.80m, you’ll have to be a bit careful with the ceiling in some areas. The location is great — right on the main street with plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a 15-minute walk to the central station where you can catch buses and trains. Gianni also gave us great recommendations for places to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again next time we visit Palermo!

Dario’s apartment is located on the doorstep of the busy Vucciria market. It is about a 5 minute walk from the Quattro Canti. There are many markets, cafes, restaurants and bars around. The train station is a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is well equipped especially the kitchen. The wifi and air conditioning work great. The apartment felt safe and has sound proofed windows. Dario and his friend Valentina were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. Communication with both of them was prompt and efficient, making the experience even more enjoyable. The host provided bottled water, Sicilian biscuits, plenty of recommendations for local things to do and places to eat and even ear plugs in case the busy street nearby would disturb us. I would recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to visit Palermo.

Hidden heaven, close to beach and cool strolls. We loved our stay here. Our hosts were gracious, helpful and have created a perfect oasis from which to enjoy Mondello, explore Palermo and chill by the pool. Spotless place, comfy bed, great setup. Even a book of local recommendations (we ate at several of her suggestions!). The beach is a 9 min walk thru safe neighborhoods, and maybe the #1 Beach we have ever been on - our version of perfect. We only had 3 nights here and wished we had stayed a week! Great hosts, wonderful home.

I loved the design of the apartment but the building is a bit old. Also I loved the fact that you live in between with the locals of termini. Palermo & Cefalú is right next to termini which was also great.

it was a nice house. despite having read and being afraid that it would be a noisy location we were not bothered by it at all!

Nous avons séjourné à cet endroit avec nos 2 jeunes enfants. Le petit bungalow est vraiment charmant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'espace extérieur, un beau petit jardin avec balançoires et chaises longues, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse couverte pour prendre les repas. Nous avons aussi aimé le fait que nous pouvions entrer la voiture dans le jardin. Le petit complexe est très mignon, avec une jolie piscine et accès privé à la plage (sable et galets). La cuisine était bien équipée, tout les meubles et fournitures sont récents. Les lits et oreillers sont plutôt fermes! Ce n'est pas ce que j'aime personnellement, mais l'hôte m'a apporter d'autres oreillers qui pouvait me convenir ! J'ai été impressionnée par la facilité et rapidité de communication avec l'hôte ! C'est un excellent rapport qualité prix que je recommande fortement !

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön mit traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Wir wurden super nett von Marco begrüßt und haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten dort einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

This airbnb has a beautiful view and great location. The photos really don't lie. There is noise from the streets that can get loud but therefore it's very central with lots of big windows. The host proactively gave easy to follow instructions. There is free public parking next to the building, but it's not guarantied to get a spot. Probably one of the very best airbnbs that I have visited so far.
