Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

Both equipped with A /C, parking place, sun curtain in the terrass, blackout blinds in all windows, TV, free Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. If you come during wintertime the apartment has floor heating. The position of the apartments will assure you a vacation that is like balm for your soul and always in reach of the best of Sicily.

Si sviluppa su 2 livelli, in quello inferiore si trova la cucina soggiorno dotata anche di tv e un divano letto, bagno e terrazzino; al livello superiore si trova la camera da letto. Riscaldamento e climatizzatori in tutte le zone. Wi fi gratuito.

Cozy apartment with garden beside Spasimo

Beside Spasimo church, in the heart of Kalsa district, the apartment is really close to Orto botanico, Palazzo Abatellis Gallery, Magione church, Foro italico. Very close to restaurants and pizza places, excellent bakery around the corner, a fish vendor at the end of the street and two travelling little trucks who call out their wares in the morning. This allows a genuine living experience in the old part of the city.
