Vacation rentals with lake access in Cederberg Municipality

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

I am an extremely fussy traveller, but this place was amazing! I have never come across an Air BnB of such high standard. Everything in the apartment was spotless and of such high quality. The serenity was absolute bliss!

A lovely property in the Lake Michelle Eco Estate. Very peaceful and close to Noordhoek village, Fish Hoek & Kalk Bay. Great location and very safe environment.

Sian was a fantastic host, very responsive to our queries during the stay. The house itself was just what we needed for us and our little ones. Our toddler had SO much fun at this house and didn’t want to leave.

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Las Piedras! Everything was top class — from the beautiful, spotless property to the incredible attention to detail. Coreen was a top-class host: welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was perfect for us. The location is magical — right on the border of the nature reserve park. Waking up every morning to the sounds of birds tweeting was just incredible. It was peaceful, relaxing, and felt like a true escape into nature. Fantastic stay all around. Highly recommended! Magical place. Great location and a dream for the kids being so close to the water. House has everything you need and layout works great if you have kids and friends over. We will be visiting this spot very soon again..and regularly!

Marina Da Gama in itself is a gem - the tranquility, canoeing on the waterways, abundant birdlife etc. Jessica's house exceeded expectations - very well located, very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed the easy and direct access to the water using the really good canoes provided and the surprisingly efficient pedal boat. The fynbos garden is immaculate and attracts beautiful birds. Lovely indoor braai in the lounge that opens up the outside via enormous fold back doors making the whole place very light and airy. No complaints, only praise for this wonderful location.

Lovely house with a beautiful sea view and fresh air. The artistic decor and paintings made it unique. Everything was clean and well-prepared. Just note there's no elevator, so carrying heavy bags can be challenging, and the open balcony may not suit hijabi women. Overall, a great stay - thank you for hosting me.

I had the most wonderful stay at this apartment in Cape Town, located right on the canals at the V&A Waterfront. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to the vibrant V&A Waterfront and the Two Oceans Aquarium. The Marina Residential complex is stunning, clean, and incredibly safe – I felt at ease even with my two young children. The apartment itself was perfect, spacious, and beautifully decorated with gorgeous artwork that made it feel like home. We also had access to the homeowner's pool, gym, and cafe, which added an extra level of comfort to our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!

Ciska was always prompt in responding to any emails we sent prior to arriving in Cape Town. We had lots of information from her on what we needed to do to make our arrival as seamless as possible. From recommendations for airport shuttles to car rentals she was always available for us. No shortage to local recommendations for tours and accommodations in Stellenbosch Mona checked us in and stayed back long enough to answer any query we had. The apartment booklet had tons of recommendations too for local restaurants and farmers markets. The best part of the apartment was its location. Within an easy walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, and totally safe to walk back Kate at night. Ample parking and car rental a 10 min walk away. Easy access to all major highways leading out of the City. The best part was how quiet the apartment was. With a beautiful deck to sit out on and enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine ! Waking up to ocean views every morning was an absolute dream! The apartment was bright, clean and just steps away from the beach. We loved relaxing on the balcony with coffee in the mornings and wine at sunset. The area felt safe and peaceful, with restaurants and shops nearby. Karen and Dolly were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. This was one of the most relaxing stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind by the sea!

A breath of fresh air. Such a comfy and wonderfully private location. Everything you might need is there. Host Holly is very responsive and very helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful two night stay at Adri’s place. The location was beautiful and the space suited to a group travelling together. The kids loved having access to the club pools for swims. We did have difficulty checking in and locating the place as it was listed as Val de Vie but was on Pearly Valley Golf Estate. The estate has complex check in procedures for security but once you have gone through this then it becomes easier. Adri was always very responsive and assisted us when needed. The only thing that would make this place better is that the kitchen could be better stocked. Thanks for a great stay!

I absolutely loved my stay. The farm is so scenic and peaceful. The cottage is much bigger than it looks on the photos. It had everything I needed and was very comfortable. There are loads to see and do. Especially if you love birds. Beautiful and easy walking trails. Perfect to break away. The hosts are kind, helpful and passionate about the farm.

We had such a lovey stay at Shane's farm. The location was perfect - down a beautiful quiet farm road, and close to top wine farms such as Rust en Vrede and Uva Mira. Also very easy to make a trip into Stellenbosch village. The home was cosy and authentic, with lovely fire places for cold nights. We enjoyed experiencing farm life, with sheep, turkeys and donkeys passing by, and Shane and her husband were very kind in involving my son in the feeding of the animals. We will definitely return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were a bit surprised by the 10km stretch of public dirt road leading to the farm — we had expected only a few kilometers of gravel once on the property — but it was still perfectly manageable with a sedan. The thoughtful touches on arrival really made us feel welcome: a chilled G&T, the hot tub already heated, and a freshly baked loaf of bread waiting for us. The game drive the next day was a highlight. Uncle Steve shared many fascinating, history-rich spots with us, making the experience both educational and memorable. Next time (when not pregnant!), we’ll definitely take advantage of the kayaking — the lakes are absolutely beautiful — and we’d love to stay longer, as the game drive takes up most of the day. Highly recommended!
