Clean house, well equipped and a great location for those who don't want to be too close to the hustle and bustle of the city center and not too far away. Quiet neighborhood and safe location. Éverton was super attentive. We'll be back for sure.

Wonderful stay! I went with my family and everyone loved it! Everything perfect, well-lined beds, left towels and sheets neatly clean. Geyse was extremely wonderful, whenever we needed it would respond super fast and help us in whatever it took. The house is wonderful! We'll come back more often!

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent. The house is beautiful, modern, very well-equipped and with a high-end structure. Everything is very well maintained and comfortable. The location is also great: in less than 5 minutes by car we were in the center of Pipa, and Praia do Madeiro is also very close — it takes about 10 minutes by car or you can go by a path inside the condominium itself, which was a differential. Vander and Marina's service was amazing. Super attentive, they helped us with several tips on restaurants, beaches, markets, tours and everything we needed. Always available and quick to respond, which made all the difference. We loved the experience and will definitely be back on our next trip to Pipa!

Rafael is an excellent host. He was always attentive to everything. His house is very nice, comfortable and equipped. Located in a very safe condominium. Very clean, impeccable and with everything guests need. He didn't miss a single detail. You can tell she puts her heart and soul into it. Perfect for a nice family stay in Pipa. Impeccable house to enjoy with more privacy, a little far from the center to walk but by car it was very fast (about 5min) It was great and satisfactory!

The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

Simply charming experience! The photos already showed a beautiful place, but the reality exceeded all expectations. The space was even more charming and cozy than we imagined, with details that made the stay very special. The hosts were amazing, always quick to answer our questions and super helpful at all times. The location was perfect: minutes from the beach, which allowed for relaxing walks by the sea at any time of the day. In addition, we had a market and bakery very close by. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a smooth and enjoyable experience. On the day of departure, we wished we could have stayed longer!

This place has a soul. It's one of those spaces that are not only inhabited, but felt. The surfer vibe is in every corner: the breeze coming in through the windows, the sound of the sea nearby, the careful but relaxed details… Nothing is left to chance, everything invites you to stay. To flow. To shift down a gear. I felt right at home from day one (this is the second year I've booked it for a long stay). It has everything you need (and more) to live comfortably, cook delicious food, rest deeply and go out surfing as if you were a local. It's simple, but with a vibe. With soul. Just the way I like it. I would go back a thousand times...

The host was always very helpful and responded quickly. The house has plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms with plenty of space. The kitchen is huge and everything is very organized. Everything works perfectly well. The location of the house is perfect. Very close to the best restaurants and bars in Ponta Negra. We were a group of 13 people and everyone loved the house. The house accommodates larger groups, where everyone will be comfortable, it is very worth staying in this house. Thank you Osvaldo for all your attention to us.

Everything was great ! Paula welcomed us and the house was just like in the ad. Highly recommended to be in a quiet place and with access to the beach walking.

We went as a family, everyone loved the stay, Alessandro was very friendly and attentive, I arrived on the 3th, he even left a sparkling wine for us, I asked for a fan for the only room that has no air conditioning, he quickly went to buy and bring one… a thousand thanks for the best stay I've had to date 🙏🏻

The house is close to markets, the entrance to Praia do Amor, well located, very good for a good barbecue, there is a corner to stop the car inside and outside the house, we intend to return

Spectacular! The house is as described by Monica and above all things very close to everything. This aspect was important because it was my first time in Pipa and it is just like that. You are a 5-minute walk from praia do centro, 15 de Praia do amor and you have the main avenue (Av dos golfinhos) very close by. Even already staying you can go through the hallway leading to Rua do Ceu (Beco du Ceu) and you are closer to everything still. The house has everything there is nothing missing and has so much nature that to go to rest and disconnect is ideal apart from the privacy there is. I definitely recommend 100% and on an upcoming trip to Pipa I would return to this house without hesitation. Monica the host is always attentive to everything you need a genius!

Great stay, Igor is a considerate host and has given us all the support we need. The house matches the statement, great location and the house accommodates a family and friends very well. We highly recommend, it is only as a suggestion to improve the functioning of air conditioning or more fan options, since the heat disrupts the sleep a little.
