We arrived at the apartment at dawn, and were very well received in the building's guardhouse, we entered the apartment with tranquility. Everything very practical and organized! I loved the cleaning and organization of the apartment. The leisure area of the building is wonderful! And the location very good tbm.. we eat at “Sabor da Rosinha”, we love it!

Excellent, without "but". Actually there was almost no contact, first because Olímpio itself already sends instructions that are very clear by whats, according to the fact that it is "self check-in" at any time. It's simple: just wait for the day and arrive at the front desk saying it's there for check-in. Limpeza, AP, Vista; impeccable accommodation.

Eitaaa that wonderful home. I stayed with the whole family. Marília is a very considerate host. The residence was clean, bedrooms with linen, clean bathrooms, all household utensils are easy to access for use. And with very whim the homemaker came every day to clean the pool. The taste was to stay more days in the house. It was worth our location very much.

The house is wonderful, much more beautiful than the pictures show. The three private ground-floor en-suites in an intimate area, airy rooms with high ceilings, spacious bathrooms. The TV room, combined with the airy dining room, the sofas are right in the breeze coming from the sea, very pleasant. The living spaces are beautiful and pleasant. The pool area is a distinguishing feature of the house. A spacious table in the barbecue and pizza oven environment, which is combined with the pool. Excellent! The location is very good, right on the sand. The sea is wonderful, depending on the day and time the sea becomes a swimming pool, very good for children, adults and the elderly, who could enjoy the sea, which was wonderful. The highlight, what most differentiates and enhances the stay are the caretakers Haroldo and Josi, who made a hotel breakfast, left the house impeccable, helpful, polite, friendly. We stayed in the privacy of a home, with the comfort and convenience of a resort.

For the third time we rented Kelps' house and as always, everything was perfect. The house remains well taken care of, with everything we need, it is always attentive and attentive to our needs (such as check in, for example). My father loves to stay in this house when he goes to Christmas and we will certainly keep renting, as everything works, he realizes that they do maintenance(this time the house was all newly painted )and it is always very clean. Once again, thank you for seeing us, Kelps. It was wonderful.

The house has a beautiful sea view, is wide and very well cared for, the decor has great taste, with items of inspiration and art. It has 6 suites, with comfortable beds, clean and smelling bedding and towels. New and optimally functioning Ares-conditionados. The room has a state-of-the-art TV, with well planned furniture. The kitchen is an Up Grade in the stay. All appliances work perfectly, with good space for baking work, and a pantry to easily store the groceries we carry. Pool is a show, very good! The local security, and admirable house structure. We feel very safe. There is a person to organize the common space of the house, which in this case gave us comfort and time to enjoy our time even more. And since I couldn't help but talk about Rosi, our receptive, she's a sweet person. Felizes!

Pablo's home is as described. Great location in Ponta Negra, close to bars restaurants and even the beach. Strong and hot bath. Good bed and bath linens. The only detail was the absence of the TV from the room that appeared in the photos but that did not disturb my stay in any way. I recommend the stay to a couple peacefully
