My experience at this Airbnb was exceptional. The location is perfect, close to the beach and the best restaurants in the area. The apartment was impeccable, well decorated and with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The host Maximo was very attentive and was always available to answer any questions or recommend places to visit. In addition, the environment is quiet, ideal for resting and enjoying nature. My family and I will definitely be back in the next few days!

We stayed at this beautiful condo for an extended period of time and loved it. It is well decorated, clean, and has amazing views from all balconies and the roof top. The condo is at Playa Ballenas, walking distance to many bars, restaurants, and the town activities with shopping and more bars and restaurants. You can walk on the beautiful beach for many miles. The roof top is great for bbq, relaxing, dining, people watching and sunset. The complex property, pools, and staff are all very welcoming. The beach in front of the property is big, has many palm trees for shade, and the complex provides lounge chairs. There’s a Starlink for faster internet. Nelson is very friendly and quickly responds to inquiries. We will stay here again.

Just book this property! the penthouse is just gorgeous, looks exactly like the pictures, right in front of the beach and close to the best bars and restaurants of Las terrenas; on top of all that Ronny the host is what makes this place unique, he is always responding for anything you need, supper attentive and will make you feel right at home. This is a beautiful place. It is part of the Sublime Samana hotel. Even though the unit is owned by Alicia and rented through Airbnb, you get to use all the hotel amenities and are treated like a hotel guest. The beach (Playa Coson) is long and beautiful with plenty of waves--great for long walks. The drinks at the beach restaurant are very good, though a little low on alcohol. We found the restaurant food to be excellent despite reading some previous negative reviews. We really enjoyed the gym. When we arrived we were a little disappointed that the unit was not ready for us to cook. It was missing a washclothe/sponge, dishtowel, dish soap, salt, pepper, and oil. We messaged Alicia. She told us to talk to the front desk. They kindly delivered a sponge, dishcloth, and dish soap. The restaurant gave us a little olive oil. We wish there had been a blender.

The place is beautiful, lots of vegetation, plants and beautiful garden, very cozy rooms, a very nice pool, you can breathe peace. Natalia is very attentive, super friendly, it was a family trip, we will definitely be back! Ideal to rest 💯 Recommended Anny

Our stay was nothing short of exceptional. The communication with our host was excellent from the very beginning, making the entire process, smooth and stress-free. The home itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and offer all the comforts we could ask for. One of the highlights of our stay was the detailed itinerary our host provided. It was filled with activities and local attractions that we wish we had more time to explore. Unfortunately, our stay was too short to take full advantage of everything on the list. We dined every night at Porto restaurant, conveniently located across the street. Food was amazing. Offering a variety of delicious dishes and exceeding expectations. Overall, this stay was an excellent experience and exceeded all our expectations. The accommodations is definitely five star by American standards. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Las Terrenas.

Excellent experience and very friendly host

The apartment is very large and nicely decorated. The location is also top. What you should know is that you can't darken the bedroom, so it's bright. Unfortunately, the dishes were not clean.

Wow, what an amazing place, definitely 10/10, impeccable with style and the beautiful beach is ideal if you go with children because it has no waves. Las Terrenas is a place with a lot of Italian influence, so if you want to eat Italian food, this is the place where you will find the best restaurants. The only thing is that the restaurant in the villa doesn't have much variety of food and the price is a bit high, but about 7 minutes away by car there's a wide variety of restaurants where you can eat whatever you want. We will definitely return to this place for more days. Thank you very much.

This place was absolutely amazing, perfectly clean, and super comfortable. We were able to enjoy the chefs services which were delicious. The team in general worked perfectly to our expectations and then some. One thing we were iffy about was how close the beach was, but it was a 3 minute walk from the house, and super accessible. The beaches were pristine, and were everything we were hoping for .

Nice space, tranquil. The two people recommended to help with cooking and the bbq were excellent.

The house was beautiful! Honestly , the photos did not do it justice. The space was perfect for my large group of guests. We were a party of twelve with children. The breakfast chef was amazing, had I known I would have booked her each morning. The rooms on the main floor were clean and smelled fresh. The room on the second level, seemed a little missed on cleanliness of the floor and mirror , other than that it was perfect. Check in and check out was simple and easy.

This place is beautiful with all attention to detail. The location is stunning on Playa Coson. The resort is beautifully maintained and manicured. The condo itself is meticulously cleaned and maintained during your stay. My teenagers loved the wrap around balcony to relax in, the air conditioning was perfect after long days in the sunshine and the amenities were perfect for our stay. We LOVED Minerva! Please take advantage of her chef skills! She makes amazing feasts! We were very grateful for her attention and care of us during our stay. When I had a craving for Dominican sweet bread, she went out and found some for us, then prepared a brunch for us instead of simply setting out bread. That level of care is hard to find, but Minerva and Olga provide it! Fabulous time all around!
