Very nice place to stay. It’s a few miles away from different places like Alabang but plenty of options to get around. Grab taxi, jeepny.

The host is very responsive and helpful. I will definitely save this place and book it again next time we come home for vacation. The place is clean, comfy, and free of pests. 100% recommended!

The unit has very fast reliable wifi, big TV and an active Netflix account. The A/C units work great. The beds are comfortable, the shower has decent pressure. We found cooking a little challenging as it is a mini kitchen/area, but the photos show that. The air fryer was a nice bonus. We would have enjoyed having a microwave oven, but it is as advertised. Overall a great unit. the landlord may have found me high maintenance, but he always responded and we worked out what we needed to.

I had everything I needed for a comfy stay: complete kitchen essentials, fast Wi-Fi, clean towels, hot shower, aircon that cools fast, and even small touches that made the place feel extra homey. We booked last minute and Carl was amazing! He was responsive and accommodating. His place is located near a mall and there were a lot of restaurants nearby as well—really convenient!

Ms. Ellen is an exceptional host who is always attentive and patiently responds to my inquiries and requests. Her politeness sets a high standard for kindness. The rate we received was ideal and within our budget. There are public transportation options available nearby, and it is very close to SM Southmall and various convenience stores. The water pressure in the accommodations is excellent, and we did not experience any interruptions in the water supply.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

Hello everyone! My family and I came from Alaska for vacation and we we’re looking for an air BnB to stay in for 2 nights so we can relax from a long day drive from Bicol to manila and long flight from seattle to Philippines. I booked it right away when i saw the nice view and a private area with pool in the other side of the building because my boys wanted to swim and to relax. It is indeed Beautiful place. The house was nice when we arrived and every room has an AC and also the living room thats why it feels so good. We were comfortable especially it’s very hot for us since we came from a cold place. Ralf is very nice and easy to talk to and reply my messages when i have some questions. I highly recommend it.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space is both aesthetic and highly functional. While it is compact, everything is thoughtfully laid out and works perfectly—from the fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and cookware, to the washer and dryer which were incredibly convenient during my stay. The sofabed is surprisingly comfortable, and the TV with the soundbar made for a great entertainment setup—I honestly didn’t want to leave! There was some unexpected maintenance happening on the floor during my visit, which the host wasn’t initially informed about by the building admin. However, the host was extremely responsive and quickly took action to address the situation, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very pleased with my stay and would definitely love to return in the future.

Both Leeyan and Angela are responsibe hosts and easy to deal with. Instructions were clear. The place is what we really need, very minimalist but have everything we need. There's honest store that has basic necessities that mostly forgotten when doing groceries ☺️. Kudos to you all!

Todo genial, para ir a Manila, hay que coger un jeepney hasta la estación de santos y listo, es mucho más rápido que el Grab. El apartamento genial no le falta de nada. Muy recomendable
