Great place to stay!

Pros: - Clean and has all amenities listed in the description - Includes free parking - Good location. It's very near Westgate and right in front of One Trium bldg - Complimentary beverages was a thoughtful touch Cons: - Parking space is very small/tight Overall, highly recommended and would book this again if I need a place in Alabang.

Ms. Ellen is an exceptional host who is always attentive and patiently responds to my inquiries and requests. Her politeness sets a high standard for kindness. The rate we received was ideal and within our budget. There are public transportation options available nearby, and it is very close to SM Southmall and various convenience stores. The water pressure in the accommodations is excellent, and we did not experience any interruptions in the water supply.

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

My family enjoyed staying at May’s place. It was peaceful, my kids really enjoyed walking around the community which i appreciate as well. The whole house and what’s inside it were carefully planned and thought of. May had been very accommodating and knew what real customer service is. The staff is very accommodating, good location near to the market and restaurants, The house have a lot of activities to do, billiards, karaoke, binggo ect. All rooms has air-conditioning ,bathrooms and very spacious. Im sure that we will be back to this place.

I have no complaints… I’m a returning guest and this is where I intend to stay on all my future trips to Manila… the hosts are great, the unit is a good size and well equipped and its location is conveniently near the mall.

We had a great stay! The place was very clean, smelled nice, and had everything we needed. The transaction was smooth, and we had no problems with communication, especially with the unit manager. The only small issue was the internet speed, but overall, everything was really good.

My 2nd day of staying and i felt so much at home that I don’t want to rush the work that i needed to do. I felt very comfortable. The unit has everything that I need and they even provided extra drinking water for my convenience. They also offered to change the bed covers on my second stay. Overall, I had a wonderful experience! Because of this place, I no longer need to worry. Everything was provided. The owner was very nice too! Thank you for helping me out and approving my extension. the place is good, clean and spacious..

Vince's place had everything we needed! Stable internet connection for our work from home setup, YouTube, Netflix (you sign in your account), reclining chairs. comfy beds, washer and dryer (we were able to wash and dry our clothes no hassle), microwave, and kettle for coffee! The best part -- you get the best view of Taal from the balcony!
