What a great place to stay! Perfect location with a coffee shop right outside the door! The apartment is beautiful and so comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive. We fully appreciated our stay here.

Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. Perfect location walkable to many restaurants and boutiques. Very close to the highway and shopping area. Dawn was incredibly responsive and her place was immaculate.

We enjoyed our stay here for two nights. Booking was easy and check in instructions were very clear and accurate. Apartment was clean and equipped with necessary basics. Mattress was super firm, so if you’re a pillow top person like me bring a topper. lol This place is a great value, even without us getting a chance to check out the apartment’s amenities since we were busy. There are no stairs required to get from your car to this apartment, but there are upstairs neighbors if that sort of noise irks you. We’d stay here again for the location and the value.

Fantastic place! The apartment has everything you could possibly need, was decorated really well, perfectly clean and the hosts were very communicative. The location is very convenient as well. I will definitely look at staying here in the future when in town.

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

Molly and Erik are friendly and always quick to answers questions and offer suggestions. Place was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful, clean, and spacious home. We stayed for a weekend and it was comfortable enough for 7 girls to lounge around, get ready to go out on excursions around Bentonville, and cook and eat meals together. Such a cute and quiet little neighborhood and I would definitely recommend staying here if you're staying in the area!

Absolutely loved this place was just what we needed relaxing &enjoyable. Brenda was very accommodating, we were able to stay extra day due to bad weather to where we were traveling. Highly recommend this place!! Very cozy and comfortable stay!

**5-Star Stay – Perfect Location & Immaculately Clean!** I had a fantastic stay at this OZ Village Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to downtown Bentonville, with easy access to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you're into mountain biking or walking trails, this spot is ideal, as the trails are just minutes away. The home itself was spotless and even better than the pictures. It’s beautifully maintained and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Bentonville. Whether you're here for biking, exploring, or just relaxing, you won’t be disappointed!

We had a great time staying at Blake’s house with our extended family. Very spacious and modern outfitted accommodation. Main highlight is the location: walking distance to downtown Bentonville, close to a lot of the main attractions and lots of good restaurants in the area. Another thing that stood out for us was the beds: all large kingsize beds, super comfortable and hotel quality sheets. We’d be happy to come back in the summer so we could enjoy the pool as well.

This is a lovely home! I live in town and rented it out to have a pretty lake time Christmas with my Mom and Aunt and we had a wonderful time just enjoying the view and relaxing. It has everything you need for that. Great view, porch action, excellent soaking tub and nice showers, comfy beds, comfy couches and lots of room. I really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and had everything needed to make nice meals. It’s a very quiet neighborhood during the off season. The bird watching was very good, also if you’re into that. I would absolutely stay again. Very cozy and nicely renovated home.

What a fabulous and beautiful home in a quaint neighborhood. The backyard / patio area is a haven of privacy with a lot of room and an absolutely perfect pool/hot tub! I’ve never been to any place that was as prepared as Pamela’s place. Anything you may have forgotten or need is there! Drawers full of batteries and other little things that make a big difference! The fireplace is amazing and warm! Pamela was a very responsive host and was accommodating for the few needs asked while we were there! Check this place out, you will not be disappointed!
