A very nice, spacious villa, quietly located with a very nice garden and a large pool. The home was tastefully decorated and very well equipped. We felt very comfortable. Our local contact was always available, very friendly and helpful.

I booked the villa for a vacation with 11 friends. We were fully surprised when we arrived because the villa is extraordinary and is 1000 times better than what the photos show. The interior is comfortable, modern and very optimized (EVERYTHING you need to feel at home is in the villa!). There are no photos of the two bathrooms on Airbnb but these two bathrooms are modern (Italian shower + Italian shower and bathtub in the 2nd) which is very comfortable. The bedrooms are large and with plenty of storage space. The villa is very spacious which allows everyone to have their own space. The balconies and terraces on every floor are a huge plus. The pool and outdoor space are just perfect! The outdoor bar totally won us over and the garden is very large which allowed us to play spike ball, badminton, volleyball, ping pong… A big thank you for this wonderful stay! I had a great stay here! The location is absolutely amazing - peaceful and charming. The house had a really nice vibe….and the view! Wow! What made the experience even better were the hosts: super friendly, thoughtful, and genuinely lovely people. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect, fabulous view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sam’s villa! Sam was very helpful, he responded quickly and was also very accommodating and supplied the villa with pool floats etc, upon request. The villa was amazing for a big group, there was loads to do and it was incredibly peaceful and private. The house and pool were very well kept and also the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this villa and would love to return in the future!

Being from this city I know her very well and this rental is exceptional, I highly recommend her. Superb house, no noise, clean, spacious with all the comforts you need (bathroom in each room, all utensils and amenities available). Other part of the house + studio arranged in a comfortable and pleasant way allowing many to come into the house. Children's games. Pleasant garden. Exceptional location: One minute from the sea on foot, 5 minutes walk from the train station and the city center where all shops are located, 15 minutes walk from the port. Long walk along the sea from the house for those who like to walk. Very nice welcome.

Villa Mauvarre exceeded our expectations! The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen knives , strainers, cooking utensils and nice serveware . Plenty of cold storage with 2 refrigerators. Beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the heated pool, patio and sunroom areas. Outdoor kitchen was very handy. The caretakers, Patrick and Roselyn were very kind and accommodating. They made sure everything was your liking! They made checking in and out a breeze. Our family of 6 spent 2 weeks here and it was an absolute dream vacation. Close proximity to several quaint villages and we walked a short 30 minutes downhill into Cannes. Can’t wait to return! Thank you, Mickey, Roselyn and Patrick!

We had a lovely time with the family at this beautiful villa. Thanks to Lola for hosting us. The house is well decorated and comfortable, the exterior is well landscaped. There is what is needed in terms of equipment to stay there apart from the necessary for young children (bed, high chair etc.). Nice swimming pool that can be heated for a charge, we were able to enjoy water at 29 degrees. And the sea view is really nice. Shops are within easy driving distance as well as the sea. We recommend.

This was a great stay. The villa is in a fantastic location: the charming neighborhood of Palm Beach. It is proximate to many great beaches and a short walk into Cannes proper. The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Amidst many positives, there are two watchouts to be aware of: 1. While there is a beautiful deck and outdoor space, the mosquitos are rampant. It seemed no amount of bug spray or citronella would limit their reign of terror. 2. While there is a pool, there is no ramp, ladder, or steps. This means to get in, you must jump or slide in, and equally to get out you need to push yourself up. The difficult access made it challenging to take my 1 year old daughter swimming. All of that said, it was a great stay and I would certainly go back!

We - 2 people - stayed 11 nights in Natalie's house. On one side the unobstructed view of the sea and the Gulf of St. Tropez, on the other the view to the green and rolling hills of the hinterland. The surroundings are incredible - as is the house itself. Absolutely quiet secluded location, high-quality and stylish amenities as well as wonderfully maintained plants and greenery around the house. The pool is large and also very suitable for swimming, the kitchen is very well equipped, as is the entire outdoor area. From our side, Natalie's house is an absolute recommendation for anyone looking for peace, loving and appreciating a stylish environment as well as having the leisure for the view. Communication very good, the last meters of the journey steep - but without problems to cope with any CAR.

Ideal location with indescribably beautiful views, good amenities especially in the kitchen. We would come back. Only the duvets are not covered, only thin sheets in between.

The house is absolutely gorgeous, great for a group or family. Althought it was already mid October, the pool was still open and clean and usable. The size of the rooms, the furniture, the location and the feel of the house is all really perfect. We had a wonderful holiday and will definitely come back. Thanks for such a great service!

We (2 adults and 2 children) had a perfect vacation at this beautiful house. Brandon is an excellent host: Very friendly, responsive, helpful and flexible on top. The greeting and the handover on site were both very uncomplicated and flexible. Everything was exactly as described by Brandon and as visible on the pictures he uploaded on AirBNB. I can highly recommend booking this beautiful house. The interior is modern and new and decorated/furnished with a great taste. Everything is there what you will need. The house is situated in a very safe (gated community) and quite neighborhood. On top you will enjoy a beautiful garden and an astonishing view of the bay/sea. Overall, we were able to fully relax and can therefore highly recommend this beautiful house. You won’t regret it!

The house is perfectly designed with quality materials Very nice view, very easy grip, very well-equipped house ideal for our friendly meeting without being on top of each other. Lots of interest in the area . Nathalie is a very nice person who was very, very accommodating both on our arrival and departure times, Although our stay was for a wedding we enjoyed our walks very much and we will be back We highly recommend this house with a breathtaking view

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

We were two families with children (8 people) for 14 days as guests at Thomas's place in Moissac-Bellevue and really enjoyed our stay. The house corresponds 1:1 to the photos and offers everything you need for a nice holiday; be it in the kitchen, bathroom, living room or bedroom. The surroundings are very quiet and immensely relaxing. The covered porch was perfect for eating (incl. BBQ) and also for playing cards. The pool and sun deck invited you to linger and relax. The interior design is very tasteful, discreet, but also extremely functional. We immediately felt at home. Tina was not only present for us to check in, but also helped us during our stay with any questions that came up. Many thanks to Thomas, Christian and Tina for the great communication and the great stay with you in Moissac-Bellevue, we would love to come back at any time:-)

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us lots of tips and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with all the necessities. We had a beautiful holiday at this villa; 9 of us stayed comfortably, with plenty of space and everything you could need for a great holiday. We spent most of our time in the pool, it’s a fab size and with the garden, it is perfect for kids. The villa is very private, just a few mins walk to a very small beach and few minutes to bus stops. We didn’t drive so found it a little far from the supermarket to walk but buses were regular, easy and cheap! The surrounding areas of Nice, Cannes and especially Antibes are stunning. Overall a perfect holiday, thank you ☺️

Very nice, modern home with a very friendly and responsive host. Very quiet area a little more in the interior, so a car is a must. The private swimming pool and jacuzzi are top notch. For us, there were 2 downsides: beds are on the smaller side for 2 people (140x200) and the pool is not heated (less ideal with children out of season). For the rest, everything was great.

We arrived with the children and grandchildren and found a great and modern villa as described. After the introduction by the very likeable and friendly "mom", we immediately felt comfortable. The house is very well furnished with everything you need in a vacation. We particularly liked sitting on the terrace and enjoying the magnificent views. The place itself offers a very good bakery and a small supermarket for the essentials. In addition, the starting point for beautiful trips and activities in this magnificent area is ideal.

We went to ride at the Paul Ricard circuit, and we spent 2 nights which went wonderfully, I recommend this listing!
