Jeff arranged for the airport taxi, Carlos, who was brill. Lots of info re Quarteira and invaluable assistance with luggage on arrival and departure; 53 steps up to the apartment. Good exercise after all the food and drink we had in Quarteira, there are some fantastic restaurants locally to enjoy ‘real’ Portugal. The apartment is immaculate a well equipped kitchen. Lounge very comfortable which was really appreciated on the two rainy days we had. Great TV and internet. Bedroom very comfortable, loads of storage space and quiet at night. Bathroom was excellent with a great shower. Balcony was as per the pictures, great! Local area is very Portuguese. Don’t expect everyone to speak fluent English. 20 min pleasant walk to Vilamoura which is busy and expensive. Nice to visit but glad we chose Quarteira. Good bus services to Albufeira and Faro. Uber cars also convenient. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a wonderful place to stay, and Luis and Sonia were always very helpful whenever I had any questions. The area is also lovely.

The place is close from a lot of restaurants and the main street around the beach area. She responded to our demands and was flexible. The apartment (specially the kitchen) is super equipped. Extra towels for the beach, parasol, beach racquets etc There are two balconies if you like to have breakfast outside and another one to dry your clothes. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.
