one of the best houses we have ever been to. 20 meters from grocery store, 5 min walk to center. 5 min drive to ski slopes. it has parking. i repeat PARKING, which is worth the gold in bakuriani. 4 individual bedrooms with its own bathrooms. fireplace, great lounge area. well equiped kitchen. if you are big group of friends you will never be able to find anything that can beat this house. host is very helpful and responsive, with great attitude and with charming vibe. all in all it was worty evert single penny we did pay

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Tbilisi! The location was perfect—close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport. The apartment itself was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing helpful local tips and ensuring I had a smooth experience from check-in to check-out. I especially loved the cozy balcony with a view of the city—a great spot to relax after exploring. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi and would happily stay here again!

Your excellent holiday start with excellent accommodation. This Spacious, Modern, Quiet villa is what I am looking for. It is in a great location with three Balcony over looking the green and the sea. First floor comes with living area, eating table, equipped kitchen, toilet and big balcony. Second floor with three bedrooms, balcony and very big bathroom. Third floor is a big studio with sofa, bed, corner kitchen, toilet, shower and Huge balcony with barbeque corner. The house is clean with plenty of towels. There are three air condition. The area around the villa is green and great and you can find restaurants, supermarkets and more. The best part of my experience was the support from Mr. Sameh. He is really great Man. He greeted me at the airport with his sister. His sister took my family by car to the villa. And he came with me and helped me with my luggage and helped me to pick up my car from the rental company. On the first day, one of the air-condition suddenly did not work, I called Mr. Sameh and told hem about that. and within 24 hours, he replaced it with a new air condition (this was a great service from a person who really take care of his business). He was always available to give information and support at any time. I am pleased with everything and I am happy with my friendship with Mr. Sameh. If I visit Trabzon next year, defiantly I will take this beautiful villa again. Conclusion: Strongly recommended

Stayed for 2 nights at this place as I wanted a quiet and peaceful for a break and I had perfect time staying here. If you are looking for peaceful and quiet with a great cabin house with mountains in the front view, I recommend this place. This was our first time in Georgia, and let me tell you, without this house and our host David, I dont think we would have had as much fun and a feeling of belonging as we did. Very fancy house, nice garden behind the house, very beautiful nature area to walk outside the house, with berry trees and plums parallel to where you walk. Also as someone who isnt the biggest fan of dogs, the dogs in the area were the cutest, and would even walk around you when going out for a walk to protect you. David welcomed us and laid out his rules, which were very fair all regarding hygiene and taking care of the house. The house was equipped with everything we need, and was very modern and european looking. He even did BBQ for us which and we got to know each other, and all about his culture. He even offered to tell us all about the nice places we can visit with him in Georgia. Big thanks to David, and because of him, we’d surely come back. Looking forward to seeing you again! I can’t begin to tell you how much I recommend this house

К сожалению нам не повезло с погодой, и в доме было холодно спать ночью. Мы выбрали подогреть бассейн (за дополнительную плату 300 лари) вместо того чтобы подогреть дом. Не знали, что подогревание бассейна будет за дополнительные деньги, и что на выбор будет либо теплый дом, либо теплый бассейн.

Harika ve çok güzel bir yer. Herkese tavsiye ederim. Bölge çok güzel ve çok lüks bir yerdi. 4 yatak odası vardı. Kalabilecek 10 yatak vardı. Biz 7 kişiydik ama 10 kişi rahatlıkla kullanabilir. Villa yeni yapılmış en iyi malzemeler kullanılmış tüm olanaklara sahiptir. We had an AMAZING stay here on a 3 day trip to Trabzon to explore the local area. It’s close to the city but is in a quiet little village above the city in the mountains. Unbelievable views and the place Akın has built is nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. We had all four rooms as we were traveling 2 adults and four kids and there was plenty of space for us. Rooms were great and the same goes for the outdoor areas. City is very relaxed and beautiful. We had breakfast all 3 mornings and it was amazing. Local producers and amazing eggs and pancakes. Best thing was Aleksander him self. Super kind and generous. We tasted his different wines and liqueurs and he was always up for some interesting conversations on big and small. We would love to come back one day.

It was out fourth time in Reva's house. This time we came for three weeks and it wasn't enough!!! If you are looking for an quiet, peaceful, healing place- this is it! Amazing high level comfort, clean air, beautiful house and fruit trees in garden (the grapes are just fantastic!!!), total privacy and big private pool! Its kind a paradise especially if you come with kids (Revas is super kids friendly!!!). All our requests were fulfilled by best! We felt in love with this place. Revas and Fati became our good friends. I'm sure we will come next summer too! Thanks you dear Revas for an amazing vacation you made for us!

Tea is a very friendly and wonderful host, her house is amazing, it’s spotless clean, well equipped with everything you need even professional grill on patio to do some barbecues. Location is great with amazing view from the house, it’s only takes 15 minute drive from city center (Freedom Square) Definitely she’s highly recommended host and I’d always stay there

Best place i have ever seen

We really loved Lasha's place and the hospitality of his brother Irakli who was available for anything we needed. We felt truly at home and our kids were sad to leave. You need a car if you want to move around, which we did, and explored so many wonderful places in Imereti a lot of which Irakli suggested to us and even accompanied us to. The house is in a small village and has everything one needs for a relaxing stay. If you want to be away from the noise and heat of the city, it is a perfect place. We would come back without thinking twice!

Since it was early in the morning when the plane arrived late, david patiently waited for our arrival, david's family was enthusiastic about some basic features of the B&B and recommended places to visit near the accommodation.It's really unforgettable.welcome david family to travel to China
