We loved this place and the hosts here. From the surrounding instructions, everything in the facilities was clean and I liked it.

I had a wonderful stay at this unique and stylish room. The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making check-in and communication a breeze. The space is impressively smart and well-equipped with modern technology, which added a lot of convenience. While the room is a bit small and doesn’t get much natural light, it’s cozy and thoughtfully designed. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We had a great time making memories together, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this place to friends traveling in a group. This was a very easy and affordable place for my wife and I. It's in the Korean populated area, so lots of great KBBQ and other Korean restaurants within walking distance (3-5 minutes). We also went to a few different massage places, also within walking distance. The host was very responsive - they even helped me find my water bottle! The only issue I had, which wasn't a big deal for us but wanted to mention since it's super hot in HCMC, was that the AC wasn't strong enough. During the day it would get up to 24C in our room with AC on high. We were out during the day for the most part so really did not affect our stay negatively. It did take a full day to cool down our room after we first checked in. Appreciate the service and clean room!

Just a wonderful place in a very quiet neighborhood

We were a little surprised at first by this small alley and this atypical accommodation different from the others, but also very quickly got used to it. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped and in a good location and communication with the host went well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and very well-equipped, with stunning views of the city skyline. The location is fantastic—right next to Vincom Center and close to everything we needed. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very clean with a lot of supplies. Easy and seamless check in and fantastic communication with the host. The staff on site was also very kind and helpful. The apartment is in a newly developed area with spas cafes and restaurants just downstairs. Amazing views of the bridge and river and very close to district one.

The cleanliness of the towels was a bit disappointing, but the location and the condition of the room were all so good. I had a good rest!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

We had a great stay here! The room is simple, clean, and just what any traveler needs—especially if you’re the type who spends most of the day out exploring. It’s comfortable and has everything you need to rest and recharge after a full day in the city. The location is also a big plus—many of Ho Chi Minh’s popular tourist spots are within walking distance or just a quick ride away. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. And of course, a huge shoutout to our host—super responsive, very friendly, and always accommodating. From check-in to little tips about the area, everything was smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for fellow travelers looking for a no-fuss, convenient, and welcoming stay in HCMC!

You're right at home at Ngocs place, and in a neighborhood, feeling like a local, the neighbors nod and smile at you, sure there's hotels and tourists nearby, but this block feels like you just really really landed in the real HCMC. Popular local food vendors literally outside the front door, a 24h coffee shop on the corner (one traditional one Plant-based!! in the same storefront. Oh and some of the best vegan food in the world within a few blocks (and all the omnivore as well) I'm a cpap user and after failing to find distilled water at over 12 pharmacies Ngoc went out of her way and trekked to a hospital pharmacy to get me some and had it delivered!! So amazing. We just had to visit her coffee shop, super chill and the essence of cool (but go during the day, so the hip shows are open, but like us who only got a glimpse) Totally recommend,close to new Saigon Metro as well.

A hidden gem in district 1. A super clean and convenient location, close to some really good restaurants. I especially love how the host decorated the place.

Apartment was located in a tranquil private neighbourhood with convenience stores located right below. Rooms were clean and tidy. Phung personally came to pick me up when I arrived and was attentive and friendly. Even sat down to have a chat while I was waiting for the rest of my group to arrive. Had to book another room on last minute notice a couple of days later and she even offered to help me find one late at night. Great stay overall and would recommend to book with her!

Great location in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, with a comfortable bed and pretty cool decor. The staff were lovely and helpful, and the free laundry service is very useful. Free coffee and water as well in the lobby. I would recommend this place and will be coming again.
