We had an amazing stay at Jeffery’s house. From booking to checkout super responsive and proactively gave us tips for areas to explore and restaurants outside. Lovely backyard trail. The house gets well heated. Peaceful stay. 6/5

My family and I had a truly unforgettable experience during our stay! The house was exactly as pictured, absolutely stunning. The hosts were exceptionally attentive, always communicative, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Our favorite part of the house was definitely the pool area. It was so spacious, filled with beautiful natural light streaming through the windows and doors. It was the perfect space to unwind and relax in peace.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend 10/10!

Bettys home was a wonderful place for our 7 family members to stay. It was very comfortable and well equipped, with thoughtful amenities and lots of room. The fenced in yard was great for our dog, and the neighborhood quiet and close to the lovely towns of Warwick and Sugar Loaf. Betty was extremely responsive and kind enough to let us check in a few hours early. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a blast at Faisal’s place! He was extremely accommodating for our large group and there was plenty of space for us all to sleep comfortably. The game room and pool were so much fun, exactly as pictured, and everything was clean and in great condition when we arrived. Faisal was a communicative, friendly, reliable host— we’d stay here again!

Beautiful home, exactly how it was described and looked even better in person. Incredible surrounding areas and activities. Steven was helpful throughout the stay and incredibly flexible. Wonderful host! Will definitely be planning a yearly visit.

This place is wonderful for our large family that was visiting the area for a beautiful fall wedding. The location was close to several fun attractions and we even made it into New York City. It was too cold to enjoy the large outdoor pool and the indoor pool wasn’t open but the fire pit was cozy. Definitely recommend this place. Thanks for sharing your home.

Gorgeous views and lots of outdoor space on both floors. The house is very well laid out with one large open central space that ensures great sunlight and views wherever you are and makes it easy to find/talk to everyone. With a well equipped kitchen, a fireplace on each floor, a hot tub right outside the living room, and a basket full of blankets, Garrett's place seems perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay.

Agnieszka was a wonderful host, and her place is great. Close to everything in Windham, yet private enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the Catskills. The view from the terrace is great, and immediately puts you at ease. While not a very large space, it is cozy and well laid out to do everything you need.

He was great at communicating how to get in and out. It had everything that was listed and even though the central AC wasn't working, there was a portable one and it was clearly stated on the thethermostat very clearly stated that they were waiting on rhe part and apologized. There were extra pillows and blankets to use. Plus the place was at a beautiful location. Plenty of things to do and he provided places to see/visit.

Beautiful condo with beautiful surroundings inside and out! Surprisingly the outdoor pool and hot tub were still open for our late September visit which was great since it was a warm weekend. Joe was a wonderful host, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this condo and host!

Had a great time in the space! It was clean, cozy, and inviting. One of our favorite features was the balcony!! Overall we really enjoyed the stay and how attentive the host were. I will most definitely book this space again in the future.

The accommodations were exactly as described. The Appalachian Lodge is architecturally pleasing. Everything worked including the welcoming fireplace. The stay was wonderful.

This was our second stay at Dawn’s cabin. We usually visit the area in winter to ski but did a quick late fall getaway. We enjoyed Dawn’s recommendations for hiking and eating. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the country inn and the fireplace in the cabin. The cabin has all necessary amenities and is well stocked! Dawn is an absolute gem! She is responsive and provides great recommendations. We look forward to our return in February to ski!

Lovely Airbnb. Exactly as pictured, a very cozy cabin feel. Had lots of nice little touches that made it feel like home. A short drive from Main Street of Tannersville. Hosts left very clear instructions and were very responsive.

Hands down, our favorite place we've been in a long time. Beautifully decorated, perfect pool, great kitchen, super fast internet - not something you always find in the mountains - and a perfect location close to shops, to hikes, to restaurants. Great, great place. Can't wait to return.

Our family spent a week at this lovely home and couldn't have been happier. The house was well-equipped, especially the kitchen which had all the cookware necessary for easy meal prep, as well as plenty o kitchen staples like oils, spices, etc. We also enjoyed making s'mores over the fire pit with the skewers provided in the kitchen. All of the beds were very comfortable, had plenty of pillows, etc. There were also plenty of towels for the pool/hot tub. The pool, deck, and hot tub were perfect for spending relaxing summer days, and the yard was private and quiet. The house is a short drive into Rhinebeck village, and there were several trails nearby for afternoon hikes. Beto and Scott were extremely easy to communicate with and were generous, warm, and welcoming in all of our communications. They made the stay perfect for our family, and we definitely look forward to coming out again in a future summer! I highly recommend this property!

We celebrated thanksgiving with our entire family. So cozy and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. The house was spectacular! Amazing views! So much privacy. The owner, Jean was very accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we had everything. The caretaker Kat was just the same

Gayle's home was absolutely stunning--the photos do not do it justice, and even they're beautiful. The grounds were just...incredible. The pool area was perfect, as was the garden, which she generously let us pick fresh vegetables from. We saw animals at all times of day, which was a treat for our 5yo. It's a less than 10 min drive to Woodstock and just a few mins to the restaurants in Bearsville. The house is spacious and decor was chic and artsy. Comfortable beds, private spaces for family members + a well-equipped kitchen. We come at the end of every summer to enjoy this area and it's the first house we would return to!!

We had a lovely time at Healing Waters Farm. Great location close to Belleayre Mountain. The place itself has everything you need, well stocked kitchen, and lovely clean bathrooms. The property has a calming stream, large swimming hot tub and sauna which we our family enjoyed. Recommend highly for a peaceful getaway.

there were 8 in our group ranging from teenagers to seniors, and we all enjoyed the home. There was plenty of room to spread out, and lots of options to all be together as well. we loved the well-stocked kitchen, the comfy living room, the cozy library and the huge dining room table. the bedrooms were spacious and the beds and linens were comfy. the bathroom in the primary bedroom was especially nice. we loved the character of the old farm house... lots of interesting nooks and crannies, gorgeous floor boards and moldings, beautiful antiques mixed with modern touches. the grounds were beautiful and fun to walk around. we would definitely stay again!
