Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Catherine Hill Bay

I was informed by Natalie the house was ready before we arrived this was a nice touch and when we arrived to this beautiful beach side home we had everything we needed and more Natalie and Colin went out of there way and left us extra bedding and things for our little one and all the amazing treats and little signs we just loved it. I would recommend staying here to anyone 😀

This place was absolutely perfect, we loved the small touches added and can tell a lot of thought has been put into it. Fantastic location to a beautiful beach, beds were extremely comfy, everything we needed was found there. This host has taken every scenario into consideration when furnishing the home. We especially loved the day bed under the pergola area! Will definitely stay again for any future trips to the area.

We had a great stay at Duncan’s place. The view of lake was lovely plus it was great having access to the pool. Having the Beachie Pub within walking distance was a great bonus too. Thank you for hosting our stay.!

Really great house. Spacious, well equipped with all the necessary utensils and furniture for a holiday, and great communication.

The location could not be better, a short walk to Caves beach and the pub. The house was as described and perfect for our family (including our French bulldog) long weekend in Caves Beach. We will definitely be back!

A great home, spacious and well-equipped with everything two families with young children needed. The beds were so comfy, everything very clean and the pool was great. We really appreciated Panassa & Nathan’s local recommendations - the Beachie was a great spot for an early dinner.

This was the perfect getaway with extended family and children. Perfect for paddling on the lake and fishing. The deck was the perfect place to oversee all of the kids activities and the kitchen well equipped. We would definitely stay again

The place was very clean and great communication with host. Checking in was a breeze , no specific time for checkout which meant no rush in the morning.

Karen and Sean’s home was exactly as advertised on Airbnb. The home was clean and spacious for 2 adults. The host provided snacks, some drinks, and cereal upon checkin, which was super helpful for us. It was easy to access the home from the back entrance which was separate from the hosts home. We also had our own parking spot at the front of the house which was convenient. However, there was a lack of lighting in the rooms, especially the one with the couch. Lamps had to be turned on in order to have visibility. Also, there was no aircon, but a large portable fan was provided, which was necessary to keep in the bedroom. Overall, our stay in Avoca beach was great 😊

It is such a lovely place to stay - perfect location, you can walk to the beach within 30 sec and there are tons of shops and restaurants nearby. The room is one of the cleanest room i’ve ever been. It was a bit tricky to get the keys but Viv was so helpful so I am satisfied with the stay overall

Really lovely place to stay. It's so adorably decorated and it felt really sweet and peaceful. The garden was so nice to sit in and read a book in the sun.

Property perhaps a bit tired. But the views and ocean sounds more than made up for it. We were on the top floor so had fantastic views. Worth getting up early for the sunrise , quite spectacular. We used buses whilst there bus stop right outside, very convenient. Thank you Robert and Jacqueline for you quick responses and the goody basket.

There were 4 adults who stayed there. It was a fabulous condo and a great location. We enjoyed our time in Sydney. Steve was a great host.

Our stay was fantastic, there was so much to do in the area and all the video games were very entertaining. Brendan gave us excellent advice with out parking situation and was very kind and responsive.

I had an amazing stay at this place! The place was spotlessly clean and conveniently located with easy access to all forms of transport. Lianna and Kevin were incredibly nice and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I faced no difficulties during my time here. Highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Sydney. A perfect 5-star experience!

Such a beautiful setting and well appointed little apartment which had everything we needed. Emily & David were available and responsive when we needed them but also very conscious of our privacy. Very comfortable space, super clean and there was even a cheese platter & bubbles in the fridge for our arrival along with breakfast supplies. Well thought out set up for their guests. Thank you so very much Emily & David for sharing your little piece of Northern Beaches with my girls & I. Highly recommended. 🙏

could not be a better location walking distance to everything

Keran's place is amazing. Wonderfully fitted out. Everything you could need plus more. Great location to walk about Newcastle town proper. Thank you from our dog Cruze as well. He loved the extra bedding, couch blanket, beach towel & snacks!

Great value! Very grateful for Al’s extensive info, clear instructions and little extras and especially the early check in and offer for late check out or complimentary luggage storage. Saving you min $24-30 or more… Daughter appreciated the fruit lollies on my behalf. Thanks so much for the juice boxes. The toothbrushes, toothpaste and tissue boxes were all such lovely touches. Great location. Compared to plenty other places (official motels/hotels), we appreciated it and didn’t expect external CBD sounds to be quiet… we slept well regardless. Very comfy bed. Bed is placed high, to help with mattress aeration perhaps? Sydney can be humid. Might too high for those with mobility issues and less than 5ft3. We loved the views and opportunity to rest in the cool out of the humid heat.
