Joshua has a great place. The apartment is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. It has everything you may need. Joshua met us, gave keys, explained all the details and made us very comfortable. The location was perfect. It is very safe with security and 15 minutes walk to Hilton where we reserved all our tours from. It is also just about 40 minutes walk to the center of San Jose. If we have a chance to come back, we would love to rent it again.

The apartment was exactly as described and very convenient for the business we needed to conduct in downtown San Jose.

The other guests and I had a great time at Zeidas. She was very helpful and Yorling the housekeeper was so nice and did a great job keeping up the house. Pool nights were great with the heated pool and view from the patio was beautiful and we brought in the new year overlooking the city and watched the fireworks go up. All in all a great place to stay and worth it. Thanks for the memories and hospitality

Exactly like the pictures. This place was modern and very clean. The views were spectacular. The restaurants surrounding were great.

Mitch was a great host who waited for me to check in way after the supposed meeting time. I appreciated his kindness and help getting me settled. The apartment overlooks the city and you will be able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the bedroom.

Great location. Easy walk to Avenida Escazu or a cheap Uber ride anywhere. Pool and common area are beautiful as well as the view from the condo. The 2nd bedroom was a little smaller than I expected but it had no factor on the comfort. Highly recommended.

My stay at Phil's place was truly a highlight of my 2.5 years living in Costa Rica. The gardens are an absolute masterpiece. Every corner is thoughtfully designed with cosy seating areas and little stools where you can simply relax and soak in the tranquility. If you are a meditator this place is a dream come true! There are also multiple viewing platforms offering stunning views of the valley and the surrounding forest. The vast array of plants, fragrant blooms and the sound of birdsong create a truly magical atmosphere, especially in the morning sunshine. Phil was an exceptional host, welcoming to both myself and my dogs. They thoroughly enjoyed exploring the grounds, rolling on the lawns and visiting the river at the property's edge. The guest house itself was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed. The sun-drenched patio was a perfect spot to unwind. An idyllic tropical haven! I would definitely stay again.

Third time I’ve stayed at this spot and it was a great time again. Location is perfect for my needs and the spot was easy to make feel like from for a few days.

Very nice house and very close (10min by car) to the airport!

We loved staying at Diego and Regina’s place! Clean, cozy, spacious, and located in a very safe area. They are welcoming, kind and friendly, give you much information on places to visit and Costa Rica in general. If you’re planning on staying in San Jose, this is the place!

We felt very comfortable and the apartment was clean and with the amenities posted. The host was always pending and had a lot of initiative in pointing out places nearby and pending upon our arrival, everything was super good, highly recommended.

A really nice unit with cool design and a great location.

This was a very nice, clean unit that completely served the purpose of our group of four. We needed somewhere to stay for the night after visiting Manuel Antonio for a week, and wanting to get to the airport early in the morning. Everything about this place was great. There were lots of great amenities in the building, although we weren’t able to take advantage of them because of our one night visit, and we arrived pretty late. But maybe another time! Highly recommend.:)
