Vacation rentals in Castleton-on-Hudson

MAGIC!!!!! This place felt like a fairy tale. We will be back, most likely a couple times a year we loved it so much. We arrived to a toasty heated yurt while the snow was coming down outside, the yurt was lit with a bunch of candles and we had lanterns. The murphy bed was so cool!! I loved the abundance of pillows. The attention to detail in the decorating and storing of materials was amazing! The little kitchen had stuff for smores and little sweat treats, everything that we could have needed was there dishes, smore sticks, dishwashing clothes, a water basin, little stove... seriously thought out! The owners were insanely sweet. In the morning a herd of goats was brought up for us to love on and feed and walk around the trails. The dogs were even amazing hosts!! The outhouse does not feel like an outhouse, what an amazing composting toilet! I can't wait to come back with our children when it is warmer and use the trampoline and do more hiking. Breakfast was 10/10. AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!

We loved this AirBnB!! It was exactly what we were looking for - a peaceful place up state but with easy access to restaurants and activities! Our hosts were so generous and gave us tons of local recommendations. We could not have had a better time!

what an amazing oasis!!! we had the best family weekend and felt right at home. bathroom, kitchen etc had all we needed and more. we enjoyed the Delicious eggs on the veranda in the sun :) the games and puzzles in the appartement where appreciated by our 2 year old and us. the property with the chicken and playing with Jonathans dog Skye was a real treat. Jonathan and his family are perfect hosts and her kindness is beyond everything

What a phenomenal space for a reunion friends! Melissa, we are grateful for your greeting, and for having the perfect spot for us to meet on Thanksgiving. Excellent views, use of space, and so many lovely plants. A truly cozy, home-like environment. The genuine love that you have for this spot and your guests is clear. The train whistle was wistful and sweet in our experience.

This is our 3rd time staying at Diana’s place and it’s always our first choice anytime we come visit family in Delmar. The place is beautiful, just like the pictures, in a perfect location-walkable to everything downtown, and Diana is very friendly and responsive if you need anything. She also provides breakfast items and wine! We love her place!!

Stayed at the hobbit house to propose to my now fiancé and we absolutely loved it and are going back in the summer. A beautiful getaway from the city. Highly recommend the morning animal feedings. That was my personal highlight. But every thing was perfect and the staff were very friendly and offered plenty of recommendations for local restaurants and places to go.

We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage on the hill - indulging in a bath each night in the clawfoot tub. Waking up in the morning with hot coffee overlooking the view was so peaceful. Also found Maura’s local recommendations and responsiveness so helpful!

Location is quiet enough and short walk to river park and small town. For being in a small town location, the most noise came from the geese down on the river. Beautiful sunrise over the river from the rear deck. Michael thought of every amenity important to my spouse and me.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Suzannah’s farm, and it was a special weekend. The place was very cozy and we felt right at home. We toured the farm and got to meet some of the cattle. Suzzanah and Christopher welcomed us with open arms. I highly recommend staying here for a nice little get away!
