Incredible place to spend Christmas time with the family (group of 10). Alex was an amazing host, always responsive and trying to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house itself had ample space for everyone and the games room was a highlight for the children. The river on the back garden and the view was serene. Also Pontypool offered all amenities we wanted, from supermarkets, parks, and pubs. All in all an outstanding option.

Ginetta was a wonderful host , extremely responsive if you have any questions with a very informative answer. Highly recommend! Would stay again.

Had the pleasure of staying here during the midweek before Christmas 2024. We always try to stay in Pontcanna (& use Rob’s places); having lived in Cardiff previously, this is a preferable location for us. Robs place was perfect - everything was how you’d want to find it and there was plenty of space. We had a slight issue opening the garage but a quick phone call and we were free once again. Having the use of the adjoining garage, as well as the on street permit was a real bonus. Thank you for a marvellous stay!

Fantastic house, lots to do either with a group or if you wanted time to yourself. The pool was amazing along with the hot tub and the games room was entertaining. The kitchen is a great hosting space also.

Everything as described and expected. Kids liked the extra games in the house. Waterfall walls nearby. Great location

A great location for visiting Bike Park Wales. 5 min walk to the station and two trains an hour to Cardiff. Perfect weekend getaway.

Quality house and if you are going for Bike park wales it’s even better, we cycled from the house to the centre. Perfect location and size of house. Garage space is prefect for the bike . Awesome thanks

Stayed at Rob's apartment for our annual Christmas shopping trip to Cardiff and couldn't have wished for a better place to stay. A five minute walk to all the amazing amenities that Cardiff has to offer. The apartment was pristine and had top quality fixtures and fittings and was definitely the best accommodation that we have stayed at in Cardiff. Rob met us at the apartment despite us arriving later than anticipated which was appreciated - he was very responsive before, during and after our stay and we are looking forward to returning in 2025.

Highly recommended! We stayed overnight after hiking Pen Y Fan Mountain and it was the perfect place for a hot dinner and relaxing warm stay. Super cool little place, we can't wait to return.

Hannah’s home is warm, cosy, and perfect for a stay in Cardiff! The kitchen was well stocked to cook in and the beds were comfortable. A great place to unwind after a day sightseeing. Easy to find a parking spot and excellent communication with Hannah - highly recommend!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Liz's and would highly recommend if you're ever in Cardiff. It was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and we made use of it. I was also able to do some work with a desk and good internet connection. it was wonderfully decorated and we found ourselves distracted by all the artwork surrounding us. Liz was a fantastic host and we'd recommend to anyone.

Great base for non drivers, walking distance (10/15 minutes) to the central train station/bus exchange and the centre of Cardiff. Flat is spacious and clean with everything that you need. Andrew is responsive and friendly. Great stay. Thanks for having us!

We enjoyed our stay very clean well presented. Lots of towels blankets not that they were needed . Well equipped kitchen . We didn’t actually spend much time i. The flat because we were sharing Christmas with my daughter and 3 grandchildren . Bed was comfy . We have a christening coming soon so definitely would look to stay there again . Great location for llantwit and marcross where my daughter lives .

We were visiting for a rather sad reason and Robert was kind and compassionate and happy to be flexible re check in which was a huge help. The flat is clean and comfortable with everything you need. Spice Ambassador a good local food option as is the Taffs Well inn - the Monday fish and chip deal there was excellent. We also didn’t really hear the trains from the bedroom. Thanks!

Anyone looking for a top quality apartment would be delighted with this property. High end accommodation, tastefully decorated, everything worked as expected, Gill was welcoming and helpful,we met her in the excellent coffee/gift shop next door and she was was warm and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience. 100% recommended.

Jason and Julie's space was a great home away from home while we visited family over the Christmas period. They were kind enough to put a tree up (with decs and lights!), leave mince pies, Christmas crackers and several Christmas flowers. The kitchen is incredibly well designed and you can tell they have tried to maximize the space. It's very modern, and had everything we needed to make some meals, including spices, olive oil and other useful bits and bobs. The bathroom is modern and clean, and having Sky TV was useful to record some Christmas specials while we were visiting family. The location was well-know to us and the main reason for choosing this place - there are lots of bars, restaurants and green space all in walking distance, as well as a bus stop close to get into town. I had to extend my stay at short notice and they were very accommodating, which saved me spending a week in a hotel!

Everything went perfect during my stay. The whole place is in excellent conditions and well kept, besides having all the facilities to give the guest perfect autonomy during the stay. Mike's been an excellent host as well, always looking to have all the details explained and willing to help. If you're planning on staying in the Bridgend area, look no further.

our second stay at Jane's and the same as before. Beautifully presented and in a great location for us. Jane is very pleasant and helpful, and she always goes that little bit further. Jane's is our go to place for staying in Cardiff.

What a beautiful place to stay and shame we got there late and had to leave early. Beautiful surroundings and Mags could not have been more helpful. Hope to stay there again. Great if you want something peaceful and relaxing.

I loved my stay at Bill and Noren's place. They provided everything I needed outside my suitcase. The place was spacious, warm and really comfortable. The high standard finish and great decor in the bathroom was a real treat. Thank you both.
