Monthly Rentals in Castle Rock

We stayed at Lynne’s apartment for 5 nights May 2025. It was spotless and had everything we needed and more. It is central and we walked to all the attractions meaning we got to see as much of Edinburgh as we possibly could. The bed was extremely comfortable which was great given all the walking we did! The quality of the guest information pack was of an exceptional standard. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment and will definitely be back.

We found the unit to be even better than described in the rental listing—it was the perfect size for our family of three. Everything was neat and in order upon our arrival, which made settling in very easy. Greg was a fantastic host, providing us with a detailed list of recommendations for both the local area and Edinburgh in general. He shared this information about a month prior to our trip, giving us plenty of time to make reservations and plan ahead. Rose Street itself is a vibrant location, full of great shopping, dining, lively pubs, and a welcoming atmosphere. It was more than we could have hoped for. The unit is centrally located with easy access to everything Edinburgh has to offer. While the building's staircase is dark and has a musty smell, this is not uncommon in older European and UK properties and adds to the historical charm of the place. We highly recommend this unit and couldn’t be happier with our stay. When we return to Scotland, we’ll absolutely stay here again.
