Had no issues, host reached out to ask how stay was. Clear check in instructions were provided to find the location, the box and get in. The house felt like a home for us while we were there, beautiful, neat, clean, and homely. Plenty of space and array of things provided such as tea, coffee, shampoo and soap, host provided a small bowl of sweets which was a nice added touch. We both loved our stay and agreed we would definitely stay again if it came about. Location is pretty close to most places in town for a quick Uber or not too far from the bus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

Paul's place in Nottingham was lovely and was perfect for our quick stay! The view is stunning and the apartment was spacious and clean. It is very walkable to the Lace Market and tons of restaurants/shops (highly recommend Compa). The only downside is no free parking, but that is very understandable in the middle of the city and clearly communicated in the listing. Highly recommend Paul's place!

Lovely spacious flat that suited our needs perfectly. We were there for the cricket at Edgbaston which is a 25 min walk away, and within easy reach of pubs and restaurants the other way. Very comfortable flat with plenty of free parking and very clean. Thanks!

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a lovely stay and the location is excellent, with supermarket 5 mins walk away and town centre barely further. We had no issue parking outside the property and had everything we needed for a lovely long weekend. Be mindful that the stairs are quite steep!

We stayed here as emergency accommodation after a leak at home. It’s conveniently located for Walsall. The house was easy to find and the videos for the lock box and alarm made entry easy. The house was clean and comfortable with everything advertised. The only slight issue we had was storage space for suitcases in the smaller bedrooms.

We had an amazing stay at Vicky & Alex’s cottage. The house was fantastically equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with high quality linens. Perfect for a girly hiking weekend away! Thank you so much - we will be back!

This house was great for our family of four plus 2 grandparents and a dog, it had everything we needed, we could park the two cars right outside, and it was very quiet. There was a nice park to walk the dog a few minutes walk away. James was a responsive and friendly host. I thought it was good value for money.

A great find and perfect home from home for me and my boys whilst exploring the Peak District. Pool table was a huge hit. Place was clean and really spacious. Picture‘s do not give it any justice. Right in the centre of Buxton so walking distance to shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice touch to find a bottle of wine and milk on arrival. Will most definitely stay again. We were visiting some friends in Rugby and needed somewhere to stay - this place was lovely. Free off-street parking was a huge bonus and the place was spotlessly clean and done up to a really high and modern standard. The bed was comfortable and the Smart TV worked fine. Fridge and freezer clean and a good size. We didn't actually test the shower due to time constraints so I can't comment on that. We only stayed here one night and spent most of it out but we'd definitely have been fine staying here longer and would stay here again if we needed to.

Claire’s apartment was perfect for us, well equipped, comfortable, nicely furnished, good location, close to bus stops, off road parking, friendly neighbourhood. Claire communicated well and gave clear instructions and info regarding local area.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

The Mill apartment definitely had the wow factor!! Everything was just like the pictures and the views from the windows were out of this world the sound of the river running down the side was so therapeutic. The setting was perfect for us to walk and relax. We all felt the apartment was lovely and warm and bed linen and towels were immaculate. If we had to be really picky it would be the overall standard of cleanliness was a little low for such a wow factor apartment. Overall we had a wonderful weekend here and would definitely come again!
