We loved the house, the surroundings, the area is very quiet and has a public parking in front of the development. Highlight cleanliness and tidiness. We went to the Warner and the entrance and exit of the village was very easy to be near the entrance of the village and no parking problem. We visited the village and it was also not far from the main square which was beautiful

Everything was great , it was very friendly when waiting at 1 in the morning that we arrived because I had to work and at the exit he let us go later , the house was quite big more than what you see in the photos, a lot of tranquility and very close to the center of Ávila just 10m away, definitely recommended, we hope to return, thank you very much for such good attention, this is a pleasure.

Tranquility, silence. Kindness and friendliness. If you want to enjoy the privacy of a Castilian village, it's your place. If you want lively conversation, too. And it is also in the heart of Duraton and the house is very well equipped.

Nice place to rest and work. Wifi works well. The house is well preserved, clean and cozy. The only thing to improve is that some chairs in the dining table and some beds are unadjusted, so they felt kind of unstable. Everything else was perfect. I would come back without doubt.

José Carlos is a host of 10, he gave us many facilities in all aspects, he was very friendly and pleasant at all times. Definitely highly recommended.

The house has all the luxuries of details: fireplace with firewood, private garden with bbq, fully equipped kitchen, cinema screen with projector, children's toys, speakers...the development is very well located (you can walk to the village and very close to the ravine) and also very complete (swimming pool, tennis courts, paddle tennis, soccer, etc.). Very good plan to go with families and disconnect. Great recommendations for dinner in the village. We will definitely be back!

Blanca was excellent and extremely welcoming. The room and bathroom were perfect, modern, spotlessly clean, warm and comfortable with everything I needed. The area is quiet, safe and peaceful with lots of great restaurants, shops and other local amenities and access to public transport. I was free to come and go as I wanted and I was never disturbed. My only qualm was the quality of the WiFi signal. I absolutely depend on good quality internet for my work as a remote worker and by being in the basement, it often cut out and caused connection issues and lag so I had to hotspot with my mobile by placing it on the windowsill which was on street pavement level. Apart from that, perfect. I felt at home, had my privacy and felt safe and welcomed. I'd certainly return! Thank you for a pleasant stay. 😀

We've been right at home. M. Angeles was attentive to us at all times, he left us a welcome detail that we appreciate, I'm sorry for not being able to meet us personally. The house is tastefully renovated and equipped with everything you might need. As for the cleanliness, it was spotless. I recommend the stay for all this and also the dates we have been to because they were the parties of Cebreros and they are spectacular.

Super careful, attentive and communicative. The house is very beautiful, and it conveys exactly the same good energy that Noe and her daughter have. I already knew Madrid, so I didn't make a point of being in the center. It was my first time staying in this area, and I loved it! The region is super quiet, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's been much better than expected. The photos do not do it justice, the house is much nicer, with a lot of detail and very cozy. We were a large group, 8 adults, 4 children and 2 infants, and also to celebrate New Year's Eve, but we have been very comfortable, the house and the rooms are very spacious. Dani welcomed us with the fireplace lit and the house decorated for Christmas, everything was perfect. He was also very attentive to everything we needed. Unbeatable. The BBQ area is also very cozy and spacious for so many people. We had a great time and the kids loved the house. A pleasure.

We stayed at this property during our last visit to Navaluenga and it was an amazing experience. From the moment we arrived, Nuria welcomed us with a warm welcome and made sure everything was in order. The place was spotless and well equipped, with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Also, the location is perfect, with easy access. The space is even better than the pictures show: tastefully decorated, spacious, and with very comfortable beds. During our stay, Nuria was always available and responded quickly to any inquiries, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet stay.

Great modern and clean Townhouse with plenty of room for a family of 5. Well heated and cooled. Close to the airport (about 15 minutes) and 25 mins from Plaza de Mayor by Uber. The furniture is nice and modern and the beds are comfortable. The Townhouse has a well equipped kitchen and the host thoughtfully included some supplies, snack and drinks. Has its own pool and in a very secure building with children playground within the complex. There is a nice selection of local restaurants and grocery stores and a train station in walking distance.
