Great stay! Pleasant, pretty, cozy and peaceful apartment. Close to the metro (less than 50 m from Retiro). Very responsive host, clear instructions sent by WhatsApp, flexible and easy key collection. We experienced the general blackout in Spain on 4/28, contacting the host to check that we were okay and help us with our efforts. Alejandro is great and accessible.

Location is amazing. Close to everything but in a historic neighborhood that is not touristy or loud. Apartment was perfect for our needs with a young child. Crib and high chair provided was a very nice touch. Overall great stay.

To park the car, you need to go to the nearby San Tomé parking lot. Parking is for a fee. The apartment is super conveniently located and our host was very attentive. We are very happy with our stay

This is a beautiful apartment and we felt right at home. The kitchen is well stocked and we prepared a number of meals. Lots of restaurants nearby too. Easy walk to Sol and the metro. Great for a longer stay. We would highly recommend this apartment. Gorete was a terrific host!!

Great accommodation with a very good and quiet location. We were in Madrid with our two children (8 & 14 years) for a few days and felt very comfortable right away. The loft is super furnished, with great facilities. There was enough room for everyone and you didn't feel cramped. The metro to the center is only about 5 minutes walk. The airport can be reached in about 30 minutes in the morning hours by car. From the main train station to the property it is about 45 minutes by metro. Supermarkets and bakeries are also a 5-minute walk away. Karena is very nice and left no questions unanswered and also gave very great tips. What more can you say, just book - we recommend the loft 100%.

A really nice place close to the city center, easy to get inside and has pretty much everything you need (kettle, microwave, heater, AC, etc). We really enjoyed our stay☺️

Beautiful apartment in Madrid. Very well connected, close to meters and bus lines. Also not far from Atocha retreat park and station. The apartment has everything you need. The sofa bed is super comfortable and the pillows AMAZING!! It was all super clean and smelled great. I recommend it to spend a few days in Madrid without a doubt. Separate Paragraph: We arrived on the day of the blackout, we didn't have how to communicate and so a whole person from the team came walking as much 😕as I could to make sure my family and I get the key and have where to sleep that night. That speaks very well of them and we really appreciated it.

What a wonderful apartment—met and exceeded all expectations! Beautifully clean, extremely well decorated and equipped with far more amenities and conveniences than guests could ever want/need; just like coming home to a perfect little piece of paradise. The drive into central Madrid was straightforward and there were many shops and restaurants close by and easy to access. Our host was extremely personable, professional and helpful. We could not recommend this property more highly.

very nice loft for a family of 4 people, with a nice price and well located to visit madrid, near one of the main metro. The loft is nice and well equiped. David is very nice and his communication is perfect àd proactive with clear instructions and a lot of recommandations for visits and food. I recommend 100%

Leonardo is a very kind person!!The room was very clean and organized, and I was able to stay comfortably. The location is also excellent. My stay in Madrid was very enjoyable.

The place is new, has all the amenities needed and is very nice and nice. It is located in the center of town, in a beautiful and very quiet area, perfect to disconnect a few days (as long as you do not go on the dates when the town is in fiestas). It is all a tipzo to also have both patio and terrace in these summer months. Very attentive and kind hosts at all times. The only thing I could mention that I didn't understand much is the requirement that they put on some fabrics that cover the chairs in the living room if you are traveling with a pet. But even considering that detail, I would definitely repeat it again. Thank you so much for everything!
