There were two of us at Laura's place and we were very satisfied. From the balcony in the kitchen we could see the sea and the beach is less than a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is perfect as a base for a holiday in Elba, as the harbor for the ferries and the old town with its many restaurants and attractions are within easy walking distance. I can recommend Laura's place with a clear conscience.

The hostess Chiara was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. The apartment is really spotless and everything is available and in good condition. A beautiful panoramic view with sunrises and the town of Rio nell'Elba were impressive. The private parking is very safe. The place is recommended. Thanks, Jane, for the hospitality.

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

A small dream apartment, simple but clean and tidy. There is everything you need, especially a balcony on the marina where you can get lost... small beach in front of the house and directly on the long harbor near shops and restaurants. The owners have provided us with all the useful information for the stay including tips on what to do and where to eat...everything is perfect! Definitely an experience to do again! We had a wonderful stay with Marco, Mauro and Lucia as a young family. The apartment is beautifully located in nature in a small village in the Chianti area. It was very quiet, surrounded by vineyards and forest. The tennis court is a great addition, the swimming pool was still closed for the stay (early April; but it would have been too cold) By car, it is a perfect starting point to get to know the Chianti area, be it the towns and villages, the wine, the cuisine or the history.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. The apartment is in a very central location and is very spacious with modern and clean furniture. I definitely will be staying here again if we go back to Siena!

Stefano's apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean and tidy, kitchen equipped with everything you need and in an excellent location to reach the nearby Porto Santo Stefano on foot or to go hiking. Stefano is very punctual, precise and kind. Great stay

We had a wonderful vacation: Elba is a real paradise! With its thousand colors it enchanted us and we plan to return, when possible , always in Marzia's lovely little apartment. Located in the center of Rio dell 'Elba - so convenient for amenities - but it is quiet and has allowed us to spend a restful and regenerating vacation. It is well equipped and extremely clean and tidy. Marzia is an impeccable host: caring and very willing to support us with information and tips.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

We spent 5 nights in Stefano's house and had a great time. The accommodation is very clean and well organized, nothing is missing, there is everything you need to make the most of your stay, including a small well-equipped garden and bicycles to get around. Stefano was very present and his mother was very kind and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

Marta’s Red Rose apartment offers stunning panoramic views that highlight the beauty of Tuscany. Every morning, we woke up to this enchanting landscape, and every evening, we wound down with it, making our two-week stay feel truly magical. The apartment is compact but efficiently designed, providing a comfortable and well-planned space. We had everything we needed throughout our stay. The farm, with its blend of rustic charm and modern touches, added to the overall experience and made for a pleasant environment.

Our stay at Villa di Geggiano was truly magnificent! It is difficult to put into words how very special and magical our experience was in the Alfieri Suite at the Villa but I can say that, without a doubt, this was our absolute favorite Airbnb experience ever! The entire property, outside grounds, the incredible views,the beautiful Alfieri Suite we stayed in,the luxury amenities and especially Andrea,our exceptional,very gracious host at Villa di Geggiano all contributed to make this an unforgettable experience that we will treasure for a lifetime. If you have the incredibly good fortune to find this little slice of heaven available for your dates,please,I urge you not to hesitate…book this immediately,I promise you will not regret it. The suite we stayed in had every conceivable amenity you could ever need and more. It was beautifully and so tastefully decorated and we truly felt completely at home there for our 4 night stay. We give Andrea & the Villa our highest recommendation!

Paola is a great host! Everything was clean and perfect and the view was breathtaking! I 100% recommend!

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful flat! Everything was spotless upon arrival – the cleanliness was truly impressive. The bathroom was one of the highlights, with a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra relaxing and luxurious. The apartment was not only well but also very generously equipped – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful extras, everything we could possibly need was there. I personally appreciated the fresh and crisp bed sheets, the generous amount of towels, and the great selection of pillows – these details made a big difference. Everything was clearly prepared with a lot of love and care, and we felt at home immediately. A big thank you to Gianluca for being such a wonderful host, and to Alessandro, who gave us a warm welcome, helped with our luggage, and provided clear instructions about where to park. Their attention to detail and kindness really made us feel home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and are already hoping to come back soon!
