Very comfortable house equipped with all kinds of utensils. communal pool equipped with hammocks, bar/restaurant, including bread sale. less than 5 minutes away shops, bars, supermarkets. quiet area. despite a small inconvenience on arrival, which Patxi fixed it immediately, everything is perfect. The apartment absolutely corresponded to the hostess's description. Since we first booked through Airbnb, we were a little skeptical and excited. However, completely unfounded! Check-in went smoothly and we were shown the facility as well as the apartment in peace. The apartment was very clean and is super modern, there is even air conditioning that we liked to use. The unit is well maintained and large. We loved staying at the large pool which was also very well maintained. We liked to drive to Vinaros about 15 kilometers away to the sea. There were four of us, including two children, in the apartment and we were very satisfied.

Very well equipped apartment with very good quality furniture and kitchen equipment. The geographical position of the rental is great view of the sea and very close to the walk.

Excellent location in perhaps one of the best developments in Alcocéber. In front of Playa del Moro. Bus stop at the door, small supermarket next door, very large and very quiet development. A good pool and a huge green area. The apartment is good, clean, large and with everything you need.

The apartment was exactly as described – clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location is unbeatable, just steps from the beach and sea. We had a pleasant and superb stay at Noemi's apartment. The apartment is beautiful with all amenities available. Apartment with Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, two balconies to enjoy the sun, pleasant bedding in both bedrooms and very bright. Sebastian, the dad, welcomed us to explain everything and put us at ease right away. The apartment is very well located with swimming pools, parking spaces, a 4-minute walk from the sea (pebble beach but incredible view) and two nice small restaurants, a 3-minute drive from Lidl, Supermarcato, gas stations, etc. 5-minute drive to the center of Vinaròs (very beautiful😍) with sandy beach, rich and varied restaurants, beach activities and easy parking. We stayed in this beautiful apartment autumn of 2024. The appartment is very nice; it is bright with large window with a sea view and historic old town view. Clean and in good condition with nice amenities and everything was working well. Location is central, only less than kilometer from local city center and 500m for the nearest beach and restaurants. The apartment is having a nice balcony + large terrace- ideal for morning exercises and coffee with sunrice. There is also a really nice hiking trails starting few hunders meters away. City is active and having pleanty of events year around. Ideal for long term holidays, you can get homely feeling easily. The host is very nice, flexible and responding quickly (welcoming was outstanding). All in all we had a really great time.

Great stay by all means. Apartment is well maintained and had everything we needed for a smooth vacation. Along with that there's a dog beach right next to the house and a few cool spots to visit in the neighbour cities.

The apartment is as described. Marc's kindness in explaining everything. The parking space is 10 points, even if it is not connected to the building. And the best thing is the location, beachfront. Quiet. And if you don't want to walk a lot, there's a typical Spanish restaurant next door where we always ate excellent food.

Our very best recommendations! A lovely apartment with a stunning rooftop terrace overlooking the Mediterranean and Peniscola right on the beach. Walking distance to town with restaurants and shopping. Nice approach and good communication with the host. We would love to come back!

We loved the apartment, it is very well maintained, clean and everything is very new. The terrace is very versatile, the air flows. The pool is small, but it's great because there are hardly any people. Vicente is super friendly and charming. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was great! The location was perfect close to the pool with beach view and beach access and 10 minutes' drive to the city and supermarkets. The apartment was clean and cozy! Sheila was very friendly, always available and gave us lovely tips for the place. The only negative point was that the window makes very loud noises in strong winds. Highly recommended!:)

Cozy apartment with everything you need, very quiet at night to rest, 4 km from the center of Vinaroz, the coves are just 8 min walking, you have two good size pools, market and supermarkets 5min by car, a couple of restaurants nearby, and communication with Gerard very quickly and helps you in everything you need, I would definitely repeat.
