Impeccable apartment with all necessary amenities, very clean. Host always available, definitely if you are in the area and need a place to go this is the right one.

We had a great stay at Maria’s apartment in Campobasso. The apartment itself is awesome. It has obviously been renovated very recently. It is spacious, and for what you’re paying, it’s a steal. The check in process was a little clunky. We got to the front door and realized there were no instructions for how to get into the building or apartment. I called Maria and I think she was trying to give me instructions (in Italian but i speak very little Italian). Eventually she just came down and got us. Once inside, she was very nice and we were able to speak enough English / Italian to get through the rest. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. We also went to a wine tasting that airbnb suggested about 15 minutes from the apartment and it was the highlight of our trip. We would happily stay here again if we come back.

Had a great 2 week stay at Casa Luz. The apartment was clean , well appointed and has a balcony that gets morning and midday sun. A/C in all rooms was a plus and a huge smart TV. Induction stove and nespresso machine. The real plus is the location - a 2 minute walk through mature pine forest to a 4 km long white sand beach - great for beachcombing / running or bocce. Loved it there ! And Frederico and Vera and Moira were helpful with recos - electricity cost reasonable - we were careful with the heat pump.
