Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Cascais

My friend and I spent two beautiful weeks at this property. The environment is very welcoming, as are the people who manage it. Everyone is very attentive and thoughtful for any needs. The room is secluded and cute, the location is really perfect. Thank you Ellis and all your other collaborators!

We spent 3 days in the Quinta de Sao Thiago where Theresa welcomed us warmly. This is an amazing huge villa where you can easily get lost because of the high number of rooms! Theresa will show you the amazing place with the library, the huge garden and you can enjoy the pool and the stunning view up until the ocean. The host is really taking care of the guests, the room was big with our own bathroom and a baby bed was already installed for a daughter. Finally we got a really nice breakfast with a nice variety including a homemade apple pie. So we warmly recommend this place for a stay out of time !

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and helpful staff, perfect location to get anywhere in the city (very close to the metro), very clean and had everything that was needed for our stay.

My daughter and I had a wonderful time staying at Mars's apartment. It's a beautiful, comfortable, clean space in a great location, in easy walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and the seafront but also peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed having an extra shared space to sit it and read surrounded by art, books and wine. The breakfast ingredients provided each morning were tasty and very fresh and also gave a great opportunity to chat with other guests. Communication with Mars was excellent, she is a lovely person and I hope to return in the future.

I loved staying at this place. Great peace, art, architecture. Amazing little food provided, wine and touches here and there ( umbrella for rain, things for the beach ) . Great people who stay as well. I would hate to say anything negative but the only comment I have for the lower room I stayed in was it smelt/felt a little damp. I think as the shower is attached to the room with a sliding door maybe. There isnt any evidence of damp etc in the room other than the slight smell. I got used to it, and again didnt detract from the amazing place. Maybe its 4/5 but overall I loved it so didnt mark it down.

It was a great place, warm, clean, quiet, you can walk around the house - it felt almost like home :) Super host - kind and helpful - I would definitely recommend it!

I picked Azenhas do Mar on a same-day decision to spend the rest of my week somewhere on the coast after being in Lisbon. It is a lovely place in a quiet village on the coast about 45 minutes from Lisbon. Each room has a private patio - something that specifically factored into my choosing it - with a view of the village towards the ocean. I found it a peaceful and relaxing place to base myself from for four days. The staff was gracious and helpful, and there was a nice breakfast available every morning. The rooms were lovely with a sort of austere aesthetic, the bed very comfortable and the patio usable even if it’s rainy. Public spaces were also very nice.

Like so many others, I really loved staying here. Everyone who works here is SO personable, friendly and warm. The place is spotless, bathrooms are nice (clean, spacious, great water pressure) and I never had a problem accessing one when I wanted to. The included breakfast was delightful. The location, right in front of metro station, makes the entire city accessible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Great location for a romantic/ quiet get away. Hosts are really great, welcoming and keep great communication. The surroundings are so beautiful and well kept with lovely gardens and mesmorazing views. Hottub and Sauna are a plus. Room is cozy the only add on for me would be to have airconditioning otherwise no complaints. As we arrived late we asked for an ham/cheese platter and it was very nice. Totally recommend it.

Luís is amazing. He is so helpful and really makes you feel at home - worth the stay just for that! Very generous and delicious breakfasts, too. It is in the heart of a busy city so there is noise, but a great location - near a lot. The room is small as described but the terrace gives you added benefit.

Comfortable and spacious room with separate entrance. Nicely decorated and comfortable shared spaces to relax. Wonderful breakfast!

Daniel’s place is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a visit to Sintra. Daniel personally received us and even provided easy parking. Everything was spotless and the room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was a treat too. It is located very close to the bus station so you are never far from touring this beautiful city. Do not hesitate to book this place, it’s wonderful!

The building and staff were incredible. Everything about the stay was perfect!

Luna house was better than I could have imagined. The breakfast had many options and good quality food, tea and coffee. I loved the co-work space, and the staff were available to support me in any way I needed. Sometimes sharing a bathroom is tricky — but not at Luna House. The bathroom was so well organised and equipped you didn't even know you were sharing. I had a very special cuddle with Luna the three legged dog and they even organised a massage for me. So very grateful to have spent time at Luna House. When I am back I know exactly where I will be staying.

From the instant we set foot in this gorgeous home we felt elated and awestruck. We got the corner room on the second floor which has a lovely balcony with an incredible view of the ocean and hilly coastline. Patricia greeted us warmly and let us check in two hours early. The room was amazing and the bed was an absolute dream, it was difficult to get out of it. We enjoyed some very restful sleeps. Definitely the comfiest bedding of our entire vacation. The breakfast was a 10/10, so delicious and nutritious. And very considerate of my partner who has a very strict diet. They went out of their way to ensure he was well fed, and he was so delighted and appreciative. I had to take a test at 1am on our first night and was very grateful to be allowed to use the common space to do so. The staff were extremely helpful, accommodating, and easy going. We were quite sad to have to check out and joked about staying there the rest of our trip. We truly had a hard time leaving, and will be back

Really enjoyed my stay at Vago’s place. Everything was just like the pictures. Check in was super easy. Vago was great at communicating, helping us with some issues like how to work the AC. The place is very close to the bus stop, and there a few small markets not even 1 min walk. The view from the balcony was very nice, could not recommend enough!
