This property is all about the location. Such a great spot! Just a 30 second walk to LX Market, with lots of great restaurants and shopping and a great vibe (especially on the weekend). The trade-off is that it can be a little loud with street noise but it wasn't loud enough to wake our young daughter, so that should be noted. Multi story property with a great view from the top balcony as well. Sara and Hugo were great with communication and replied to some late night emails very promptly. Well run unit.

A estadia no apartamento do Carlos foi excelente. Local correspondia exatamente como nas fotos, muito equipado, limpo, confortável. O cuidado do Carlos no check-in e durante toda estadia foi impecável. Muito solícito e rápido nas respostas. Transporte muito fácil para todos os pontos turísticos de Lisboa. Com toda certeza, numa próxima viagem, ficaremos hospedamos novamente no apartamento. Nos sentimos realmente em casa.

Très bel appartement, propre, bien situé et conforme à la description. L’hôte est très réactive et propose toujours des solutions, elle est également souple sur l’heure d’arrivée. Nous recommandons vivement cette hôte et ce logement.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Marta und Ramon! Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön - man fühlt sich sofort wohl! In der Nähe gibt es Supermärkte und auch die Anbindung mit öffentlichen war hervorragend. Wir haben allerdings als größere Gruppe fast immer Bolt oder Uber genutzt, da es sogar günstiger als öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und in der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir brauchten. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen 😊

We had a fabulous stay in Lisbon, and could not have picked a better location. We are social people, and love to get out and explore. Being directly on the pedestrian street, Rua Augusta, was so convenient. Lots to see & do, and only a few minutes walk from the waterfront & Rossio station. As others have said, yes, you have to walk up several flights of stairs. But consider it your preparation for the number of hilly streets you will walk when exploring Lisbon! The apartment has everything you need (and if you can't find something, look in the very handy information binder the host provides, as it has answers to basically every question you could ever have about the apartment and Lisbon itself!). Whilst we didn't need to make use of the A/C during our stay, others would be interested to note that each bedroom, and the main living area, has their own A/C unit, so you can adjust the temps in each of the spaces accordingly. Very handy!

Pedro was amazing and very accommodating. After long drive from Barcelona we arrived late and he made small snacks for us which we really appreciated. Thank You Pedro! We will defiantly stay again. Regards Lev

Great centrally located space. Well stocked and comfortable. A little noisy at night and unfortunately this plaza is a favorite spot for party goers to relieve themselves. Walked out several times to men peeing in the potted plants directly outside the door. The smell was pretty intense.

Rui ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, so wie wir es mögen.

L’appartement de Jorge est assez petit mais très agréable et bien aménagé. Jorge est très gentil, bienveillant et serviable. Il répondait instantanément. Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement très bien placé au sein du quartier d’Alfama. Les deux seuls inconvénients ont été le bruit (beaucoup de passage dans la rue) et l’humidité (nous supposons que c’est normal dans ce genre d’appartement ancien mais cela s’est fait ressentir) Nous recommandons cet appartement !

Carolina was always very responsive and flexible with the check in time. The place is clean and it’s exactly as described in the pictures. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!!

From the beginning Emanuela and Rui were great. As soon as we booked we were given all the information needed such as access codes, how to get to the property and even some restaurant recommendations. Couldn’t fault them one bit and replies were very quick before and during our stay. Their place is a perfect little studio on a lovely, quiet street, perfect for a long weekend in Lisbon. Small but fully equipped kitchen with all utensils you would need for cooking (although with the quality of nearby restaurants we didn’t make much use of them!) Definitely a great location with great hosts and when we come back we will be checking for availability.

Rene’s apartment was perfect. We felt comfortable and safe in the area, there were plenty of restaurants around and easy links to both the airport and city (metro and buses). Rene was in touch throughout the trip making sure everything ran smoothly and the apartment was great, very spacious with enough room for all of us. I highly recommend staying here.

We stayed at Luis's place for five incredible months, and it couldn’t have been better. It was our first year as parents to our newborn, and Luis made it feel like a true home. Luis went above and beyond every step of the way. Any time we had an issue, he resolved it quickly and kindly. One unforgettable moment was when we accidentally locked ourselves out, and Luis came to our rescue immediately. The Areeiro area is fantastic: a peaceful, residential neighborhood with great restaurants, quirky shops, and a beautiful park nearby. Its central location makes getting anywhere in Lisbon quick and easy. This was, without a doubt, our best Airbnb experience. Luis’s hospitality and care made all the difference. We’ll recommend his place to everyone visiting Lisbon. Thank you, Luis, for making our stay so special!

We had an amazing stay at Casas do Olival! The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing time. The location is peaceful yet conveniently close to everything. Sima was an exceptional host — kind, welcoming, and always available to help. We truly felt at home. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. We would love to come back and definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars all the way!

Great traditional apartment in a convenient location, would stay again!

El apartamento superó nuestras expectativas. María es súper amable y pendiente de todo. Nos sentíamos en casa y por cierto nos volveríamos a alojar en este airbnb. Es amplio, luminoso y muy acogedor y la ubicación es perfecta, a unos minutos del metro Rato y también se puede bajar a pie hasta el centro. Muchas gracias!

Ha accolto egregiamente me e la mia compagna. Posticipando il check in per venire incontro al nostre necessità. Durante il soggiorno si sono scaricate la pile dell'aria condizionata e Luis tempestivamente è arrivato per portare pile nuove. Inoltre ci ha fornito un utilissimo servizio di deposito bagagli al check out permettondoci di visitare la città int totale tranquillità. Veramente un host amichevole e professionale che poche volte mi è capito. Consigliatissimo! 👍🏻

Very clean and you can find whatever you need at home. Perfect location! No need extra information. Everything well explained before you check in.

I will list out Pros and Cons for this listing: 1) Pros: -- Convenient location and you can get Uber right by walking approx 300 steps. -- Grocery store is nearby which is a great plus with kids. -- Kitchen is well-stocked and has all pots/pans necessary for cooking a meal. -- Washer and dryer were a huge help in the rainy weather that we encountered 2) Cons: -- Its an old building so kids cannot make much noise and play around. So this is ideal for a couple but a bit restrictive if someone has kids. -- The entry of the apartment is a lot complex then it should be. Owner was extremely responsive & helpful however I recommend to check-in not too late and make sure to co-ordinate with the owner for smooth check-in. I highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay again if ever got a chance. Thank you

Absolutely stunning apartment. Great bars , especially the Brazilian Cafe that is 100 yards from the apartment next to the tram stop at the top of the hill.

We loved this apartment. Very tasteful, spacious, excellent light. Well-equipped with all the basics in the bathrooms and in the kitchen (paper products, salt, sugar, olive oil, coffee). The location was PERFECT, just a block away from all the good stuff in any direction, but nothing to make the apartment noisy. This apartment was even better than advertised on all fronts, and the photos dont do it justice
