The apartment is very nice and very cozy, well decorated. I agree with the other tenants: it's very noisy outside at night, even with earplugs. nevertheless the location is great, the building is new, the apartment is very clean, the shower is great the price is a little high but we booked at the last minute so it may be due to that. a big thank you!!!

5 stars - this what 5*’s is about. This place was top shelf. 2 adult sons and us were so comfortable, welcomed etc. Everything you could ask for in a place to stay. Made special for a lot of reasons…Luis’s artistry in tile, kindness and the amazing Jardim across the street. If going to Lisbon, this is really the place to stay unless you want to ”party town” outside your windows until 4 am. Lovely, sweet neighborhood.

The apartment was extremely clean and organized, in the kitchen there are many utensils, I just missed a pair of scissors. Very quiet, good location, buses pass in front of the building, this makes it a lot easier. Good bath towels, excellent shower, comfortable bed, more pillows were needed, there were two thin ones, otherwise everything was perfect! Positive point also for the washer and dryer, floor drying rack, the windows are large, very well ventilated apartment, clothes dry quickly. João is an excellent host, we recommend him.

After being overcharged 30 Euros by a deceitful taxi driver who took us from the airport to the apartment, (the ride should be only 9 euros but he told us we had no choice but to pay him 30 extra when we arrived- all Bolt drivers told us a ride is 9 euros, he took advantage of us) the host opened the door for us at midnight and explained how everything worked in the apartment. It’s small but we enjoyed having the master bedroom on the main floor and the teenagers their twin beds upstairs. No hotel has that. There is a good supermarket next door. Lots of affordable and delicious restaurants and a laundromat nearby too. We used Bolt wherever we went for three days. Even to Sintra. Very affordable. Our teens liked the apartment WiFi speed, lol. The room upstairs has no darkening curtains so bring your sleep mask if morning light wakes you up. The master bedroom is dark and cozy all night. No noises. Overall we loved it.

André was an excellent host. He helped us with an early check-in. He also responded very fast to replace a damaged light. The apartment was comfortable, and it was very close to the metro

A true home away from home—Clara’s hospitality made our Lisbon trip unforgettable Clara is more than a super hostess—she truly treats you like family. From booking to check-in, she was responsive and thoughtful. She greeted us personally, explained the apartment features, and gave excellent local tips, including grocery stores, places to visit, and how to get around. She even provided reusable Navigante transport cards. When my friend fell ill, Clara brought medication, a thermometer, and emotional support—an absolute blessing when away from home. The apartment is quiet, spotless, and well-equipped with everything you need: a full kitchen, comfy beds, a cozy living area, and a lovely balcony for tea or wine. It’s close to public transit (metro, tram, bus), two grocery stores, and a 20–30 min walk to central Lisbon sights. Clara has truly thought of every detail. Her kindness and hospitality made our trip unforgettable. I highly recommend her place and hope to return soon!

Lovely apartment in Art Deco area of Lisbon, looked like the photos, amenities as described. Comfy beds and quiet at night, roller shutters at front kept out light and noise. Lovely balcony at the back, great place to sit and have breakfast etc, overlooked by other apartments but not a problem as we didn't see anyone else! Didn't use the outside dining area as was too busy visiting the city. 5 mins walk from Anjos Metro which was very convenient for getting around plus within a short walking distance of a Tram 28 stop too! 35 mins on Metro from airport. Nespresso coffee machine which was appreciated from our group of 3 couples. Lovely open plan sitting/dining/kitchen, well equipped kitchen too! Ricardo and Pascal communicated well and it was good to be shown around the apartment in person to know how things work, flexible with check in and out too! Definitely recommend this place for a long weekend, sunshine definitely helped too!

What a great spot in a beautiful place! Easy access to restaurants and grocery. The hosts are amazing and very flexible! Had a wonderful experience and would love to come back! If you have not been to Lisbon, you must come and if you do please put this place on your list!

We would absolutely recommend this home! We travelled with our 1 year old, mother in law, aunt and brother & sister in law - a big and diverse group but we all loved our stay. The home is very close to the train station making it easy to get to Lisbon and Cascais. We were not at all bothered by the train noise. Each room has black out blinds which was lovely for our baby and for getting over jet lag. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and made it easy to cook meals at home - particularly with the lovely local produce from the nearby markets. The local Mini Preco had good options and there is a nearby larger Continente for more specific items. The cafes and restaurants nearby (walking distance) and in nearby Cascais are also fantastic. Access to a washer and dryer is as also helpful for a long stay. Elena is a fantastic host! She was incredibly generous with her time and recommendations. It was so lovely to meet her. We were also so touched by the gorgeous welcome basket.

My stay here was perfect! The place looked just like the photos and it was only a 15 minute walk to the center and a 5 minute walk to many cute cafés. Nuno and Isabel were very responsive and gave us many recommendations. They also left Portuguese coffee for us to try and it was delicious!

Natasha was highly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. The place was well set up for our two year old so meals and bedtime etc were really easy. It's unsurprisingly hilly around the area but great spots for food etc are within an easy walk.

Staying in this condominium with my family was an absolute treasure. We had ample space to relax and enjoy each other and our surroundings. The view of the sunset every evening was impeccable!

Beautiful large flat with a great sunny balcony! We (4) stayed here for one night to depart back to the USA from Lisbon. Residential flat right next to the stadium! Jacqueline’s communication was great.

Cristina’s place is perfect for a stay in Cascais - particularly if you have a young child as high chair, and cot kindly provided. There is a lovely indoor and outdoor pool and enclosed garden. The apartments are very secure and have great planting. Would highly recommend.

Great place to stay .. 🤩

The property was great - living area exceeded expectations, was clean and spacious with great access to the (very nice) pool (and I presume gym but we didn't use it). The property is a great base for visits to local beaches, restaurants & supermarkets and further afield for trips into the centre of Lisbon. Although accessable by public transport or taxis we found having a hire car was very helpful. The best part of this property is the host João, who was very communicative from before arrival and beyond departure, giving clear instructions, good local advice and helpful links to amenities and landmarks both locally and in Lisbon. He went well above and beyond and was responsive to any questions and was keen to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I have no hesitations in reccomending this property and João as a host.

The house is beautiful, everything works perfectly well. We had only one problem, on the last day the hot water failed and it did not return until we left. Unfortunately on this day the host did not respond promptly as usual and the solution presented did not work. However, I considered this problem to be something punctual, since the house was wonderful and everything worked very well. So I think it was an isolated situation and I didn't let it influence mew review in general. I recommend the house and would return peacefully. Everything was very well presented, the house is modern, super clean, excellent bathroom, perfect shower, my passengers loved it.

It was a good venue to meet up with the family for a few days. Good access to ferry to Lisbon, or 30 min drive to Lisbon. The granddaughter loved the horses. Shopping relatively close.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The house is stunningly designed. We especially loved the huge windows with stunning views of the garden. The towels and bed sheets were of amazing quality, the kitchen was fully equipped, the TV projector was amazing and the fact that the garden is so huge you that can go for a walk in it is mindblowing! And even though the weather wasn't sunny, the low clouds added a cozy atmosphere that made our stay feel even more special. Dinis was always responsive and available to answer any questions. The only thing was that while the listing mentioned parking on premises, it wasn’t available for us during our stay. This led us to park on the narrow, bumpy street outside. However, this was a minor inconvenience, and it didn’t take away from how much we enjoyed our time here. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay with Gem & Gary. They are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. It’s also just a few minutes walk from some amazing beaches.

We had a great time at the house, in a friendly city and a quiet environment. Mr Neves is very friendly and professional. The house was very charmed by us. We had at our disposal (in the house) everything we needed to start our stay and settle in immediately. The gym and its amenities: a very good idea. We recommend it.
