We will definitely repeat, the house is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. It has everything you need inside to spend a few spectacular days of rest in a beautiful area with phenomenal views. Gareth has been attentive and is a very friendly and polite person, which makes you want to come back. I would only add one thing to make everything perfect, and that would be a table and chairs to eat outside while enjoying the beautiful garden that the property has. Very nice house, comfortable, well appointed and very pleasant to stay in. The common areas are very spacious, bright and with beautiful views of the terrace, pool and sea. The garden is well maintained, with magnificent Mediterranean plants and shrubs. We'll be happy to go back!

Nick and Jeremy were fantastic hosts. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left they took care of all that we needed. We loved the table tennis and the swimming pool!

Nicolas is a fantastic host. Although he does not speak English, he is very communicative and helpful. He let us stay at the house until 7pm, for which we are so grateful. A nice gesture was the refreshments at the entrance, and delicious chocolate donuts for the feast of Fallas. Perfect location. Right after you leave the house, you're on the beach. Tram and bus stops 2-3 minutes from the house. I recommend!

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them was excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

Vast accommodation with character, in a quiet neighborhood. Functional and clean. Very warm welcome from Carola. It provides two bikes that allow easy access to the City of Arts and Sciences in 10 minutes, the city center in 25 minutes and the beach. The presence of a patio allows meals to be taken outside. Let's wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

My friends and I had THE BEST stay here. Our host was amazing and very helpful. The house was clean and had every thing we could need. It was a bit out of the city and semi difficult to get to but worth it for the beach access. I would highly recommend staying here.
