Wirklich wunderbar. Man hatte alles was man braucht, es war super sauber und bei Fragen oder sonstigem jeder Zeit jemand erreichbar.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt überaus genossen. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr angesprochen und entspricht den Angaben. Es gab keine Probleme bezüglich der Kommunikation und es wurde auf unsere Fragen stets sehr zügig und zielführend geantwortet. Ich kann die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch.

Schon vor der Anreise gab es eine nette Kommunikation. Dejan hat extra für uns einen Kinderstuhl organisiert, den es eigentlich nicht in der Ausstattung gab Das Haus und die Terrasse ist wirklich toll. Modern und super ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wirklich bequeme Betten und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl uns sicher gefühlt. Der beheizte Pool war das Highligt, besonders für die Kinder. So das wir selbst im Oktober noch hineinspringen konnten. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und groß. Im Außenbereich kann man viele schöne Stunden zusammen am Pool verbringen. Gastgeber waren leicht zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem top!

Das Airbnb hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet – wir haben innerhalb von 10 Minuten eine Antwort erhalten. Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Ein Supermarkt ist in etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles war sehr sauber, und die Betten waren sehr bequem, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Outdoor-Bereich war wunderbar zum Entspannen und Grillen geeignet, mit sonnigen und schattigen Plätzen den ganzen Tag über. Trotz der sommerlichen Temperaturen blieb es im Haus angenehm kühl, und die ruhige Lage trug zusätzlich zu einem erholsamen Aufenthalt bei!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great location. We were looking for a location that was slightly away from all the chaotic tourism while still being in the heart of Venice. This delivered on that. On the edge of a square full of bars and restaurants and a short walk away from the water bus. Bring met by the host the moment we stepped off the water taxi helped a good smooth start to the vacation and the host was in contact at any time we needed help. We will use this company again when we return.

We traveled with a family group of nine people and had plenty of space for everyone. And the location was peaceful, as it is about a twenty-five minute walk from the heavily visited tourist spots. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby. It met our needs well as we visited Venice for a few days, and the owner and manager were very helpful.

I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. We had a great stay at Nikka’s place. It’s located in a really quiet neighborhood, and within 10 min walk to the seaside. Recommended for family vacation!

A very clean flat with a nice place to sit outside. I got a lot of good informations from Fabian about how to get to the flat and what to do in the neighbourhood. The communication was always very uncomplicated and friendly. If you like nature, this is your place. We totally recommend it!

Le logement est très fonctionnel, dans un village très charmant et avec de belles randonnées accessibles à pieds. Idéal pour visiter la vallée de la Soča en voiture.

Capodanno trascorso in 14 persone. Spazi veramente ampi e accoglienti, salotti con posto per tutti e cucine super accessibili. Camere da letto comode e capienti. Host fantastico, super disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e reattivo! Zona veramente molto tranquilla, piccolo paesino con gita ai monumenti di Caporetto molto facilmente raggiungibili. Spazio esterno ottimo soprattutto in estate! Posto assolutamente consigliato!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for serious hiking and good access to Soca valley and amenities. Lovely outdoor seating and eating area. Good opportunities for wildlife spotting. We arrived in the dark and a light was on inside with windows open so the house was full of insects. Not a problem for us but might be for others. Some essentials like toilet roll which was listed was not provided. The oven requires the stove to be lit so not ideal in warm weather. No iron found and no upstairs sockets. However, these were minor deviations from the listing and we loved our stay. Sadly other reviews mentioned swimming in the river but after the dry summer there was no river or swimming accessible by foot. Our email said check out 11:00 but the cleaner arrived just after 10 and we had a call saying it was 10:00. Hopefully that will be sorted for future guests so the information sent matches the expectations of the host. Road up was not as bad as other reviewers suggest.

"The Barn" ist ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten uns gut erholen. Es ist toll, mit welcher Hingabe das alte Haus renoviert und auf die kleinsten Details geachtet wurde. Tobi war jederzeit gut zu erreichen, alles sehr unkompliziert. Vollste Empfehlung!
