Vacation rentals with a patio in Carver County

Raychelle was super responsive and helpful with everything!! The place was super nice, and everything we needed was within walking distance. Neighbors were noisy at times, as the room in the back isn’t insulated super well. However overall, our stay was very pleasant and if we stay in the area again I would definitely come back!!

Walkable to a terrific grocery store, multiple restaurants, and some of the best coffee we’ve had. Excellent heat and pristine carpet. Comfortable beds. One note: this is, as stated, an upper unit, with both outdoor and indoor stairs. Perfectly climbable, but worth noting if one has physical challenges or a lot of luggage.

I enjoyed my time staying at Zina and John’s unit. It is conveniently located near the Minneapolis Institute of Art and a bus station which allows great flexibility to use public transit to get around the city. The unit itself is spacious with a kitchen area. The bed was comfy and there is no noise at night. The lamp and a desk also fits my need to work during the stay. Thank you so much! This is truly a memorable trip for me! Will recommend to other travelers! I look forward to my next adventure in Minneapolis!

We stayed for two nights! It was a great location with everything we needed to feel right at home! We will be back!

It was great.There are the fake fireplace to warm up the rooms and look beautiful. The kitchen is small but a nice stove and dish washer. There is a washing machine and dryer for the clothes. There is a nice bathroom with a big walk-in shower. The best part we could have our dog come with us.

This house was brimming with charm and character! It is an old building which has been beautifully renovated and decorated in a minimalistic Scandinavian design. We could walk to a lake, many restaurants, and coffee shops in the morning. Jesse and his team had the house ready for us and we walked in to soft jazz playing and a personalized welcome note in the kitchen. Everything was perfect.

John and Zina are excellent hosts and their place is great choice if you’re visiting Minneapolis. We felt comfortable and taken care of during our unexpected stay. It was cozy, clean, well-stocked, and John & Zina were very responsive if we had questions. I highly recommend staying here if you want a well-located and comfortable spot in the city (they even offer free parking!).

Jennifer was an excellent and communicative host, and the place was perfect for us. She also discovered right away that we left something behind and coordinated with us to make sure we got it back.

This place was perfect for a girls’ weekend. Super close to Water Street shopping and wonderful restaurants. The gathering area upstairs was large enough for us to spread out and chat or play games. Lots of laughter this weekend — a trip we won’t forget.

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Excelsior, and it was a fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been better, with the property situated just a short walk from the downtown area, full of great restaurants. Being so close to Lake Minnetonka was a real highlight—it's perfect for walks, boating, or just enjoying the views. The host was very welcoming and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a homey feel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy all that Excelsior and Lake Minnetonka have to offer.

Adorable home in adorable chaska. Perfect short distance to the renaissance festival and perfect accommodations for us group of 8 friends. Will absolutely look to book here again.

Blessed to have found such a warm inviting home. House is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood.The communication with the host was excellent , responds fast . Dining and shopping near by . No problem bringing your pet. We made great memories that weekend and hope to come back some day again. Well worth it .

The place was immaculate and the host incredibly responsible as my trip’s logistics changed so frequently. I came back home for a family emergency and was at the hospital the first two nights of my intended stay. I was able to finally get to the apartment on my last night, quite weary. I wish I had been able to be there for my Intended duration. This is a great place and the host was kind and very responsive to my changing circumstances. Def would book again. I didn’t have a car which was good because parking around the neighborhood is in short supply- especially after 11” of snow!

The unit was exactly as described: very quiet, cozy, artfully decorated and neat as a pin. Others have reported it as chilly, but we never needed to use the provided heater, and it was perfect for sleeping in a very comfortable bed. We walked to - a delicious and eclectic restaurant that includes many vegan options, which my daughters appreciated, - the Midtown Global Market, a fun place to shop, - and the Greenway biking/hiking trail. I've never been on an urban bike path and was very impressed and appreciated the opportunity to see the city from a unique perspective. We stayed for three nights and never had trouble parking on the street in front of the house. As indicated in the listing, there's no stove/oven or TV, but for our purposes the toaster oven and microwave were more than sufficient and we had a laptop to stream if we'd needed to, so no big shakes. We would definitely recommend this unit and we hope to have the opportunity to stay there again.
