Monthly Rentals in Carrville

I am a travel journalist visiting the North East & Northumberland for meetings this week and so Nicks place came in very handy! This place absolutely did what it said on the tin and I cannot recommend it enough! I am back up in this area again in a few weeks and I will not hesitate in booking Nicks place again!

This is a great place for a base to visit Durham. On easy bus routes into town or a short drive from the city centre, but away from the bustle of the heart of the city. It has everything you need including a washing machine/dryer which was super helpful in my trip. Josephine is a lovely host and went out of her way to both meet us when we arrived and check everything was Ok during the stay. Highly recommended

Had a lovely stay at Janet’s place. It felt like home and made our stay so comfortable. The house had everything you need and was spotlessly clean! The house is in a quiet street and is 20 min walk to the centre of Durham. An uphill walk back from the centre to the house but cheap in an Uber or an easy walk if you’re relatively fit. Janet was really friendly, accommodating and was good at communicating. Would recommend ☺️
