5 minute walk to the local bus stop and a 25/30 ride to Times Square. To have booked somewhere that close in New York City would have been 3x what we paid. It was nice to get away from the hustle & bustle of the city and back to somewhere peaceful but not too far out of the way. The view of New York from NJ was stunning. The apartment was just perfect for our stay. If you’re on a budget you can cook all your meals as all the kitchen equipment is supplied or you could nip to the local cafes. Washer & dryer made our lives so much easier as we didn’t have to over pack.

Amazing stay! Looks just like the pictures. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Very flexible all around with check-in. Lots to do in the area and would definitely stay again.

Where do I start? Mila was incredibly helpful and kind. Had complementary goodies in the apartment for us, answered all questions within 15 minutes. The apartment was spotless, warm and smelled so good. Beds were comfortable, water was nice and hot in the shower. My family and I stayed the weekend, easy travels to NYC! Ubers weren’t too expensive to the Ferry or Path Train stations. I would give Mila a 10 star rating if I could! Definitely stay here!!! 😊 thank you so much Mila!

We enjoyed our stay at this place very much. It was so convenient to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet but within walking distance of parks and local activites. The host was super responsive and left us with very clear instructions. It was worth every penny and we will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for 11 nights and felt comfortable. Jennifer and Roland are super helpful and always super quick to respond and help. It was quiet and we made ourselves comfortable. The city was easy to reach in 5 minutes you were on the train. There was a mall and restaurants nearby. We would come back. Thank you so much for everything we had a good time.

I would recommend the stay, not bad as I was looking for something with a 3 bedroom for an affordable price close to stations and shops. The place is quite alright if you don’t mind a little walk to the main high street or train/boat stations. For us it was just ideal. Also, Richard was very flexible on our checkin times which made me book the place as we had 2 little kids. Big kudos to Richard for having extra house stuff like towels, bed linen, pillows, trash bags, toilet paper and other usually Airbnb hosts are not that mindful. Keep that one Richard! A block away you will find target and other big shops so the gets you covered for the stay. Also, train and boat stations are a 20min walk with very good one line to time square, Empire State, main areas in manhattan. Highly recommend to use the boats to move around as they are quite convenient. All in all, I highly recommend the stay. Great host

We were visiting family and decide to book a house for more comfort. This house was perfect, comfortable and have everything you needed, plus more! The snacks and toiletries are just a few details to mention. Host was quick to respond too! Loved the small town feel! We found a nearby deli, Boardwalk Bagel, the best! Service was great, very friendly, and the perfect bagel sandwiches. We wish we could have spent more time at this house to enjoy the neighborhood. Overall, this house is a gem, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

very cute historic carriage house. accommodated me, my spouse, my young son and my mother very well. (we could have easily had a 2nd kid with us) Mark was very friendly and communicative. would stay again.

Samson was a very great host, he provided great service and the place was super clean and smelled amazing. Definitely a place to check out if you’re looking for an airbnb in the area. Has everything you need and more. Def would recommend this to others!

Katia's apartment is simply amazing. Clean, comfortable and thoughtdul details everywhere. From water bottles upon our arrival, to plenty of towels - And that bathroom exhaust is a workhorse! Very easy to adjust heat from room to room, plenty of kitchen space. Neighborhood isnt fancy, but we stayed there to go into the city and it was perfect. Much more affordable (and nicer!) than places closer to NYC, and commute was really no issue. Well worth it! Fast communication and always polite, the neighbors always smiled at us also.

We loved Stephen's space. It is very spacious and was very clean. The space is easily accessible and Stephen provided great information about the apartment and neighborhood. We highly recommend the apartment and would welcome the opportunity to return.

Sylvia’s townhome was just what my group and I needed while we were in town for an event at the Prudential Center. The home was up a STEEP flight of stairs. So please make sure you’re prepared to clim stairs (this is disclosed in the listing) Home is spotless, and still feels brand new. Bathrooms are pristine, and we were all able to take showers back to back without running out of hot water which is HUGE! The home felt extremely safe, and the surroundings were quiet. I HIGHLY recommend Sylvia’s townhome to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well stocked home in Jersey City. As a host myself, I can be overly critical. But, this home checked all of the boxes. Thank you!!!!!!!

Ariel made this stay very easy, no long checkout or cleaning instructions and no influx of automated messages for a 2 day stay. The place is clean and convenient and great for a quick trip!

We had a great week long stay in this modern, quiet and well appointed apartment. There was a lot of natural light, which is always welcome. The security for the building was reassuring, and the elevator most welcome ! We used the gym which was an added treat. Would I stay here again ? You bet ! Harris responded almost immediately to any question or request. We are thankful for a lovely stay.

The place is Beautiful, the host is Great ,she was really nice and helpful . My wife and Daughter absolutely loved the location and is already planning to revisit .

My family and I’s stay was amazing! It was a great location with lots of places to eat and things to do, however it also felt private which we loved! The place matched the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spot and if I’m ever in Brooklyn again, there’s no question that this is where I’ll be staying.
