We really enjoyed our stay at Travis's place. The location is perfect for exploring Park Slope and surrounding neighborhoods and there was street parking available. The apartment was very clean and everything worked well, including the Wi-Fi. It was a perfect place for our family.

It was all perfect. Joseph is very thoughtful and helpful. The township was all impeccable and the smell of cleaning when we arrived was the best. Bus 127 to NYC arrives in front of the house.

This was such an amazing experience. Close to the bus station if you’re looking to head to Manhattan, or about a mile and a half walk to the Ferry. Great and quiet neighborhood. The hosts were incredibly proactive, responsive, and accommodating. NOT a shared space like a lot of places are in the area. I would absolutely stay here again!

Jessica is a caring and very responsive host, and her space is clean and comfortable. We loved being so close to the subway station with easy access to many train lines; there’s also a well stocked grocery store (Food Garden on 4th Ave) within easy walking distance, and an appealing, newer kitchen for preparing food. The back garden/courtyard was a peaceful respite - I really enjoyed sitting there with my morning coffee on a mild November morning; would love to come back in warmer weather.

Matt was a remarkably responsive and accommodating host - it was very kind of him to stay up late to facilitate our check-in. He also was on the lookout for a parking spot for us (the street has free parking, but spots do get taken very fast, so guests need to be mindful of that; there is a paid parking structure a couple of blocks away in case you are unsuccessful at finding parking). We also had a very early check-out and, in our rush to leave, we left a couple of our things behind, and Matt has been very helpful in our efforts to retrieve them. Strongly recommend!

Bobby has been one of the best hosts we have had on our different air bnb trips. He was so helpful, super quick to respond, extremely patient with our questions, and created a wonderful space for my family. Thank you Bobby!!! We will definitely book with you again.

Lovely, spacious and spotless one-bedroom, private apartment on the third floor. Jessie is wonderful- met me for check-in and made sure I was comfortable. Met her mother and son and felt like I was staying in the pensione I stayed in long ago in Europe (with upgrades and a kitchen!). Jessie had a nice balance of being available if needed but respected my privacy. The apartment has a private entrance and I easily came and went as I needed. The neighborhood is walkable; lovely neighborhood diner is nearby as are shops and an Aldi's (grocery). Transportation (rail) to Newark/Penn Station is nearby. Rideshares arrive within 5 minutes, so getting anywhere desired is easy to arrange. I would happily stay at Jessie's again.

Diane’s place is in a great location, just a few minutes’ walk to the river, Washington Street, and Trader Joe’s. Diane is very responsive. We enjoyed the New York skyline and fireworks from the bedroom window. The place is beautifully decorated, and the kitchen is fully equipped.

We had a fantastic stay at an Airbnb in Montclair, New Jersey, over Thanksgiving. The home was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, blending modern amenities with vintage charm. The spacious living room was perfect for relaxing and bedrooms were comfortable, and the quiet, tree-lined street provided a peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed and offering great local recommendations. Montclair itself is a charming town with plenty of shops, restaurants, and parks, making it a perfect spot for exploring during our downtime. Overall, this space provided a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and charm. It was an ideal location for our Thanksgiving getaway, and we’d love to return in the future. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat near New York City.

This was an amazing space for my husband and I, plus our small dog. The unit is super clean and modern, and very spacious! It had everything we needed, and also included driveway parking. Julian was super accommodating and a kind host! Absolutely recommend and would stay again.

We're a family of 5 from Australia travelling with 2 teenagers & a 10 year old. We stayed for 19 nights and did not have a car. We LOVED this place - it had all the amenities we needed so we could cook some meals ourselves, do our laundry etc. There were also local restaurants and grocery stores and transport was close to get into NYC. The extra care taken in making this place feel like a home is what we especially loved - it really was beautifully styled. The hosts were extremely responsive and proactive, providing guidance during our stay and extra tips on what to see and do in the area. Although we didn't meet the hosts, the neighbours were so friendly even inviting us to a Halloween party. Just a note for younger travellers -noise carries in the house so we had to be quiet but this was a sancturary for us, returning after the hustle and bustle of NYC to regenerate for the next day of activity. If you want to feel like you are staying in a home not a hotel, this is it. LOVED it!

A great alternative to Manhattan prices. We were there to watch someone in the marathon and refused to pay the inflated city rates. The location offered 3 convenient ways to get into the city -- Ferry, bus, and PATH train (check maintenance outages in advance!) It was a 15 minute walk to the PATH, then a 15 min ride to 33rd street (a route also goes to the World Trade Center). We spent one evening walking along Washington St. and the beautiful Hudson River walking path that has unbelievable views of the Manhattan skyline. If we had more time, we would have explored further down towards Jersey City. The apartment itself is quiet and so nicely designed -- just like the pictures. There is a very well-lit, safe, parking garage 1/2 block away on 1st street that was $42/24 hours. We were able to leave the car for the entire stay and just use public transportation. We will return!

We had a fantastic one week stay with two small kids at Jonathan‘s place. The house is easy to find and check in went super smoothly. The apartment is especially great with small kids - ours absolutely loved all the toys around and the small backyard. It’s located within very short walking distance to some nice streets with restaurants and shops on Jersey city, though we spent most of our time in NYC, which is quick and easy to reach with the PATH train. And Jonathan was incredibly kind and responsive to all of our questions - he lives in the same building so that makes communication even easier. If you’re looking for a family-friendly hub to explore NYC and Jersey, then this is just the place.

My family and I’s stay was amazing! It was a great location with lots of places to eat and things to do, however it also felt private which we loved! The place matched the pictures, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this spot and if I’m ever in Brooklyn again, there’s no question that this is where I’ll be staying.

Becky’s place is such an amazing find. It is so close to everything that you may need and so easy to get into the city via the bus (2-3 minute walk to the bus stop!) or via PATH train. I felt really safe with my young family walking around, and there are lots of parks/playgrounds within a few minutes walk. Becky was really helpful whenever I reached out. We would have no hesitation in booking here again to be slightly away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Love the fact the apartment have its own parking space the area is so crowded that is imposible parking at the street. Distance between Path Journal station where you take the train for going to Manhattan is only 10 minutes and you have the Laz parking to leave your car inside the station. Apartment is pristine with enough supplies for family of 4. We travel with our two kids 17 and 6. The little one used the twin inflatable mattress and the teen slept in the couch. Definitely recommend that apartment for any small group. Faría is a easy and friendly owner which works with you.
