The location of the place was perfect. Gardens kept beautifully. House had everything we needed. Beds and pillows comfortable. Perfect for our family. Will definitely be returning.

Ali’s property is stunning clean and inviting with excellent views from all the windows. The bed was comfortable (particularly the pillows) and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked . the property is in easy walking distance of all the amenities and activities you could want. Falmouth was a hub for artisan and independent shops and restaurants and we enjoyed checking out local restaurants and coffee shops. During our stay was the Falmouth food festival so it may have been a little noisier than usual but it was great to have this attraction on our front door! This made parking a little more tricky with the church street parking not being available and the nearest long stay car park being c. 12 mins walk away. I recon this is just because of the festival so won’t affect most looking to stay at this property so would still strongly recommend but do plan your parking ahead of time :) Thanks Ali!

Lovely spacious, warm, clean tasteful house in a small Cornish village. Lots of extras provided and a real home from home. The village has a bus service, a pub, a cafe and shops selling local meat, veg and fish. The small store is open Sundays. Supermarkets are a short drive away. A great location to explore mid Cornwall with the rugged beauty of the Roseland, the vibrancy and beaches of Falmouth, and the lush vegetation of the Helford with gardens to visit all within easy reach. Mylor Harbour is a water sports centre and there are local walks from the village including a lovely gently stroll down the creek. Highly recommend.
