Great space for our two family ski trip. Comfortable for our 4 adult/4 kid sleeping arrangement. Stocked kitchen made it easy to come home and enjoy family meals. Capping off our nights in the hot tub was the perfect way to end our evenings. Thank you for a sharing your lovely space and we highly recommend others come for the same great experience!

Without a doubt, this was one of my favorite airbnb experiences, full-stop. Elle was a wonderful host, responsive, proactive, detailed, charming. I brought my parents here for 3 nights and we didn't want to leave! Also, my small dog was right at home immediately. The kitchen was well stocked, sparkling clean, with very Maine themed mugs that we enjoyed our daily coffee in. The fireplace was delightful for the mid-April chill in the air and couple days that we experienced the beautiful Spring rain. My dad was able to fish nearby locations where the ice had subsided and was in heaven doing so. My mother loved the large selection of books in the home and I just loved watching her get lost in the library of books and was particularly filled with joy to see my mom reading a book about Maine out loud to my dad. So very sweet. Elle, thank you so much, you are an absolute gem in so many ways. I cannot thank you enough for allowing others to experience your beautiful family cabin.

This is a perfect quiet weekend getaway in the woods. The cabin is on the top of a mountain with a beautiful view, all amenities, very clean, meticulously designed and maintained. There’s a nice fireplace, grill, and many comfortable places to sit. This is our favorite AirBnb which is why we keep returning.

MaryAnn's home is gorgeous, with spectacular sunrise and mountain views. Well appointed, everything in the home has a purpose, and has been selected with intention and an eye toward minimizing waste. The radiant floors were dreamy, as was the beautiful stone fireplace (there's a woodstove as well as an option). Plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out and relax, and we saw tons of wildlife out in the fields and woods surrounding the property. We can't wait to return in the summer to do some hiking, paddling and mountain biking (and enjoying a bottle of wine on the stone patio or sunset-side deck)!

In town to attend a wedding, this house was perfect for my husband and I with our two adult children. The common living areas are downstairs with the three bedrooms upstairs. One full bathroom is upstairs and the other full bathroom is downstairs for convenience. Spacious, clean, and very nicely equipped-the little extras made it easy to see why Nick and Josh are super hosts. I would definitely stay here again.

Sweet Tart Orchard What a lovely stay! The place was so cozy and comfortable :) We requested a S’mores kit and apple cider, and they were both amazing—so refreshing and just what we needed! Unfortunately, we lost power during our stay, but Peter kept the communication smooth and helpful. The water was clean and crisp, and we enjoyed a peaceful walk to the swimming hole. We had so much fun playing with the dogs, Pepper and Tater, and feeding the goats, Bacon and Avocado. It was so nice to stroll around and take in the beautiful surroundings :) Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay! ❤️❤️

We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

Had a great time staying here! There was so much space, everything was very comfy, loved the pool + ping pong + hot tub. The road getting up to the place is unpaved so we were concerned our 2WD car couldn’t make it up, but by the time we got back from skiing, the road had been plowed and sanded. The two minor downsides during my stay were the water (shower + sinks) occasionally smelled strongly of sulfur (?) but it wasn’t a big deal because the fridge had a filtered water dispenser. Also there is a requirement to not wear shoes in the house but the floors were dirty. No visible dirt but the floors definitely were not mopped. Very responsive host so I imagine if I complained about it something would have been done but it wasn’t actually a real issue.

We enjoyed this stay very much. It was very conveniently located close to Sunday River, which made our skiing plans easy to execute. The hot tub was definitely a plus and the house easily accommodated our multiple adults, kids, and even a couple dogs.

I stayed there for two weeks and I would stay again. It was very quiet which is my number one need. Two it was clean. Three nice kitchen with all the appliances you need. Four Jeanmarie answered all questions quickly and clearly. Five lots of room in the house. Six it was nice and warm in the winter weather.
