Vacation rentals with a pool in Carolina

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

My family and I have stayed at many airbnb's. But this one has by far met our expectations. Christie was accommodating, quick responses, and went out of her way to make sure that we we lacked for nothing. The home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. We had no pests, no mosquitos, or bugs in the house. Being we were in Puerto Rico It was sort of expected. But to our surprise, there were none. The grounds are very well kept, and they capture the island vibe both inside the home and out. I would also like to say that Christe developed a PDF file that contained everything you needed to know about Airbnb, about the pool, as well as checking in and checking out. Driving direction, links and suggestions for loads of stuff in the area. It was so informative, and it was only a click away on my phone. Thank you, Christie. We had a safe, wonderful time, and we would love to go back next year. Thank you again! Amazing fun and great memories were made!

A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at Nelida’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The pool made it even more special. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick, friendly, and helpful throughout. They even kept in touch throughout to make sure we had gotten there safe and that everything was ok. The location was perfect for the relaxing getaway for our friend group, with easy access to our planned event. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Wonderful place to stay.

Our stay at this stunning home in Luquillo was nothing short of amazing. The private infinity pool with swim-up bar was a dream—perfect for relaxing while soaking in the breathtaking ocean and rainforest views. Every room in the house has a view, and the layout was spacious, clean, and incredibly well-equipped for a family or group getaway. The house had everything we needed and more: board games, pool table, hammocks, a basketball hoop, and even fresh fruit from the backyard! Our grandson loved the play area and all the toys provided, while the adults appreciated the fully-stocked kitchen and peaceful outdoor decks. The gated community felt safe and serene, and it was just minutes from Luquillo Beach and El Yunque Rainforest. Kevin was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to providing a top-tier experience. This property truly felt like a private resort. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was just as the described, if not better. The photo of the view from the patio and pool doesn’t quite do it justice as you have a great view of the island, part of the rainforest and out onto the water. The house is a great location to sightseeing and visiting all the island has to offer. The house had all the amenities and more you could ask for. Olivia did a great job with communication and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay!

Great place! Had a bachelorette the house was perfect for it. There were 2 apartments and a big house. Clean and very pretty. Will definitely be back!

This condo had everything we needed and the location was great! Beds were comfortable, AC in bedrooms was great, and it had all the amenities we needed. The large deck is a wonderful spot to relax and listen to the ocean and the views are spectacular. The deck doors open wide and let in the sounds of the ocean and the breeze. Restaurants and beautiful beaches are in walking distance. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The exterior of the condo - the deck area and the building/grounds themselves are in need of maintenance. That is likely out of the host's control, but the photos of the deck area and exterior don't match the actual condition. The pool was closed during our stay. It was not a problem for us at all but mentioning just so others are aware. As is true with many properties in the area, it's a process to get in and out. There's a gate (which an opener is provided for once you've checked in) and 4 keys needed to access the building, the ground and the condo itself.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment and we would definitely come back again!

Very nice location with the ocean breeze right outside the window. Walkable distance tot he beach and conditions of the apartment is great. There are some power outages here and there but that’s part of being in Puerto Rico, can use that time to go to the beach or simply enjoy the ocean breeze and unwind from technology. Will come and stay again.

The location couldn’t have been better—close to great restaurants, a small market, Luquillo Beach, and El Yunque Rainforest. The on-site pool was a nice bonus—clean, peaceful, and never crowded. Juanita was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, even providing a helpful guidebook and suggestions for local activities. I highly recommend this spot to any family visiting the area—we’d definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at Jose’s place. The beach was literally right behind the condo. The front desk man was very welcoming and friendly. Lots of places to eat by the condo, the clubs were less than five minutes away. I would definitely recommend booking !

We stayed for a week in May and had a great stay. The apartment is just as described, everything is well stocked, nicely cleaned and in overall good condition. We liked the little extras as snacks, water bottles, beach chairs and body boards. There were not many neighbors especially during the week, so you often had the entire beach and the pool all for yourself. The security team also made their rounds during the night, so it felt always perfectly safe. The communication with Alexander was nice and easy. He even responded right away on a Sunday morning at 7 a.m. when we had a water outage. There is a backup water tank in the apartment, which last more or less a full day, but you still need to reduce your water usage to a minimum. Location was also nice. Restaurants and supermarkets are not far away and many sights are within easy reach with a rental car. We had a great stay and can definitely recommend to stay at Alexander's apartment!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The pictures were good but the apartment looks better in person than in the pictures. Zenen and Wanda were very responsive and easy to get ahold of! We had a minor issue with the ac(ended up just being that the batteries in the ac remote needed to be changed) we contacted them and they fixed the issue within the hour! We appreciated how fast they responded to us. You can tell they actually care. Aquátika also is a lovely place. The landscaping & the pool areas were beautiful and clean. Aquatika also has 24/7 security & is gated so we felt extra safe! I definitely would recommend staying booking with Zenen and Wanda.

Josem was an amazing host from start to finish. The location was great, the room was spotless. The pool was amazing as well. High recommend and will definitely be staying here again.
