Beach house vacation rentals in Carolina

This was such a beautiful home, with a lot to do with your family. We enjoyed barbecuing by the pool, as well as the surrounding attractions- luquillo beach and el yunque among them! This place is in the center of some beautiful attractions. We also lost power twice during our stay, but the generator kicked right in & we were not affected. I was so happy about this, as I was traveling with my toddler, who would have been uncomfortable in the heat. José was also a very attentive host. We loved this place and would definitely come again! Definitely a great place to stay!

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

First time in Puerto Rico & we felt right at home!! Loved the extra little things they had for us to use! Like the beach chairs, speaker, etc! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home!!

Kathleen and Hector’s home was absolutely wonderful — spacious, clean, and in a great location. They were extremely accommodating and communicative throughout our stay, making everything easy and enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future. The house is located in a great gated community. House is as pictured and very clean. Great pool. Close to the beach. We were able to drop off our luggages prior to check in time and enjoyed the pool while Jamira, the house keeper, finished cleaning the house which made our afternoon very relaxing! We will definitely stay here again!

Honestly one of my best stays in pr. Alexis responded quickly for anything we might have needed (which was only a hair dryer that he got to us within the hour). The place is exactly what it looks like and the area really gives a local feel which I love. lots of beach stuff available for use...there were plenty of recommendations that were givin for resturants and things. I loved coffee therapy breakfast spot its walking distance from the home. Big plus for me was the neighbor she is so welcoming and sweet always checking up on us I really appreciated that and shes one of the reasons I would stay again. Just to add as other reviews have said you will hear animals outside but its honestly apart of staying on the island especially in a local area it doesn't bother me much but nothing a sound machine cant fade out if other sounds bother you. Thank you again for making this such a great stay. I would definitely come back.

We had a great stay. This is a very happening place with tons of local bars and restaurants, so as the listing said, expect some night noise (we brought ear plugs, and slept like babies). We had a lot of good food in the area. The house itself is spacious and clean, the sweet cat who visits the yard is a very friendly girl who won't say no to some meat if you have leftovers!

Lovely place to stay. The highlight was truly the bathroom. Offered a great shower and tub as well, perfect for relaxing. The location is very walkable from different restaurants and nightlife and only a short drive from the Luquillo kiosks.

This was a family vacation with my adult children and it was wonderful! Tommy and Kayla are exactly as described SUPER HOSTS!!! We truly enjoyed our stay at their home, it had everything we needed, clean, comfortable, very peaceful, and close to everything, especially the beach!!! They answered any questions we had in a timely manner and the entire trip was perfect due largely in part to Tommy and Kayla. We didn’t want to leave (LOL)! If I could give them 100 stars I definitely would, they deserve it!

This was our 2nd stay, but the 1st with a group of 6 so we rented the full property. It should be noted that if you sleep in the back room in the 1st apartment, you will have to share access through your room to the pool. The house is about an 8 min drive to the airport and has enough parking for 2 vehicles in front of her property. Walmart is a 15 min drive and Old San Juan and La Placita (great for bar hopping) are all about 20 min drive away. The beaches and restaurants are pretty much EVERYWHERE so, just do a bit a research, pick your faves and head out! Ana's ability to accommodate us thus far has been ABOVE AND BEYOND. Anything we've needed she was able to get for us and then some. It happened to be a birthday trip and she was kind enough to gift us some pastries from her favorite local bakery with a sweet handwritten message. The little touches like THAT which will keep us coming back. She's like family to us! Thank you a million times, Ana!

House was beautiful, the pool was amazing and the setting was immaculate. So close and convenient to get around. Very quiet house and we had a wonderful girls trip. Felt very safe the whole time. Definitely worth the price! Would absolutely visit again. Neriann was so kind, had welcome snacks for us which was so sweet.

Jose was an amazing host. Very accommodating, allowed early check in and late check out. The house is as described and looks like the pictures (the exterior of the house is now green). My family had an amazing time and we would recommend the Lake House Villa. The pool was great! A/C works great. I would highly recommend putting on some bug spray when outside in the gazebo. We asked for some fishing poles and within 2 hours they were at the house getting them out for us. Everything really was amazing. We did not really spend to much time in the surrounding area, visited the local bakery and that was okay. It was a great experience for my family 😊

Our li'l fam very much enjoyed our stay at Jonathan and Monica's cozy and relaxing place because it was exactly what we were looking for. Instead of being cooped up in a small hotel room with a possible pool many floors away, everything we needed was right there. Rainforest hikes, beautiful beaches, local restaurants, city sightseeing, and more all short drives away, but we were perfectly happy hanging at their place without too busy of an agenda. This would be a great place not just for a family, but a group of friends as well. We highly recommend staying here as it was a big factor for such a fun, relaxing vacation.

Great place! Had a bachelorette the house was perfect for it. There were 2 apartments and a big house. Clean and very pretty. Will definitely be back!

This was our second time staying at Dianne’s and we enjoyed our stay just as much if not even more this time because the area was more familiar and we explored the neighborhood way more this time. The area is extremely walkable, just outside the secured residential area you can walk to the downtown Luquillo area within about 5 min or in the opposite direction to the kiosks in about the same distance. Lots of really cute and delicious restaurants in the area, we went to Simple Food for brunch a couple times and Sama for dinner twice, it was so good! The big grocery store is literally a 2 min drive away. In addition to its great location, Dianne’s home is a peaceful retreat in a really quiet neighborhood with residential access to the beach, like a 2 min walk through the neighborhood straight there. We really enjoyed having our coffee in the morning on the back patio and watching the birds. The beds are comfy and the rooms clean and love the personal touch of the artwork in all the rooms

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was exactly who it was described. The hosts were very attentive. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Great Airbnb. Looks exactly like the photos and is perfectly located as everything is within a close range. If anyone plans on going to Fajardo to take a boat excursion or Rainforest tour it’s only 45-50 mins away and easy drive ! Airbnb is right by the airport and gas stations, beaches, car rentals, food places etc. all within minutes. Loved the place. Thank you !! :)))

Expert long-term rental hosts! I stayed for almost 4 months and I have to say, this was by far the best long-term rental I've ever had. I work remotely doing video consults, and I work hard, so a comfortable, well-connected space is my priority. Sophie and Jonathon went WAY above and beyond to ensure I had that. They are the most responsive and accommodating hosts, ever! The space is comfy, within walking distance to amazing restaurants, night life, and beaches. They have it stocked with appliances and everything you'd need for vacation or living here. They connected me with cleaning services, community resources, and had me feeling so safe and secure my entire stay! 100% recommend, especially if you're looking for a long-term rental.

Alex & Diana’s home is truly a gem. They are beyond thoughtful and hospitable. Such kind hosts with such a lovely home. Perfect location and great home layout. My mom and I stayed along with my emotional support dog and we definitely would love to come back!

Stop your search and book this beautiful home NOW! We loved our stay there so much! You can’t ask for a better view from your bedroom window! The location is perfect for walking around OSJ. We loved hearing the music coming from the La Perla district from across the street – – so festive and fun. We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect for my wife and I and our 19-year-old godson. Everything was very comfortable and elegant. Cozy beds!!!! Huge shower. It had everything we needed! The AC was fabulous! The smart TVs and Wi-Fi were a perk! Make sure you visit the Gallery Inn, which is just a couple doors down across the street. They have delicious coffee and breakfast items there and the interior of the hotel is not to be missed. It’s straight out of a movie!

The location is on a rooftop, very friendly environment. Night time there was great, quiet neighborhood. The location was nearby restaurants like Bebos BBQ and others making it great to enjoy night life near home. Me and my family enjoyed the rooftop for pictures and also enjoying to see some of the big airplanes land as the location is really close to the airport. The entire home stayed fresh as both rooms had A/C that worked wonderfully and in living room a floor fan. The place was exactly how the picture is. The host were very attentive and prompt to assist. My family and I will come back again.
